We have announced that Google maps are integrated with theme. User can use Openstreet maps and locations by Admin as well. We never announced that Yandex maps are supported or Yandex maps are in our roadmap

1- We are using realtime review system and the review will be published right after user will post. If you want to set approval system before review publish then it will require customization.

2- Business owner can reply to review posted for his business.

3- Yes customer can post queries to the listing owner via Lead form in Listing details page

4- Yes, Google locations can be used with theme while add and search listings
