First off absolutely love the theme but came across a few issues:
*I tried to register for support but when I put in my purchase code it gave me some API LIMIT error so I am asking this issues here.
My Issues:
1.) Update Header & Footer
When I try to go to Dashboard > ElementsKit > Header Footer it simply reloads and takes me directly to ElementsKit Dashboard (So I am not able to see the header and footer and update it)
2.) Footer > Subscribe For Emails
What email subscribe system is being used for this when it comes to the footer “Subscribe For Emails” section?

I am considering buying this theme again for another project,. It really is excellent. But the header footer kits are a pain in the ass and that is my only hesitation.

Question: It’s possible to filter by date? I want to filter by date, hour and category.
Another point, i want to send to allow external order (not use the woocommerce or events system… only a button to a external link).
You can filter by Date and Category. Also you can use external link but you need a little customization by default no options for that.

I can’t remove the sidebar from pages not edited in Elementor, for instance woocommerce checkout page. How can I remove the sidebar for a page?
Make the page template full width by changing the page template to Elementor Full Width or our Full Page Template that will remove the sidebar and by default woocommerce pages do not open with Elementor.

Do you’ve mobile apps(Android & iOS) for this theme? If no, do you plan to make? How much time remains if you’re making them? e.g. 2-3-4 months?
We don’t have any planned for mobile apps. But wp eventin plugin will develop mobile apps for plugin.. so you can use this one with your website.

How is the info passed from your forms to my autoresponder? Or can I simply embed my form from ConvertKit?
We have used metform. You can set auto reply after form submit.

Hey, Theme looks fantastic. But we want to use the Tickera-Plugin for our Conference. Could you Test on your Website if your Theme works and looks OK with this Plugin? It doesn’t need to be perfect nor should it be integrated in the theme, if it looks somewhat like ok, this would be enough.

Hello I submited a ticket yesterday. Its taking so long to import Demo Data. You should fix that problem, Ive seen many comments with the same issue. That is the first thing that someone does when we get the theme. Please I need to import the Demo Data. Solve my ticket please!

And most of time this issue occurred due to php setting. Increase your server PHP memory limit from the wp-config.php file or php.ini file. If you don’t have an idea about it. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase- PHP memory_limit = 512M

Pre-sale – Interested in using this as an events management solution on an existing WordPress multisite. So this will be a sub-site I map to a domain name that allows members to add events. This multisite currently works fine as it. I’ve seen comments about this solution needed extra server resources and it makes me nervous. I also see issues with demo imports and although I don’t think I need demo content I still have concerns as again I’m not interested in making changes to the hosting server for this solution. Seeing as how the last response was 4 months ago can anyone confirm if changes have been made to make this a reliable solution? 2. Does it come with WPEventin Pro or is that an extra cost? 3. Does it work with Paid Membership Pro for restricting page access? Any responses appreciated.
