Hello, I recently acquired the Engitech 1.4.2 template for Wordpress, it installs correctly on the site and it suggests that I download some plugins, for example, Kirki and Page Builder Elements, among others, once installed I proceed to activate them and all the wordpress crashes showing a 500 internal server error. We have already tried several methods so that this does not happen, however, whenever these plugins are activated in the template, the same thing happens.

I have a brand new Wordpress 5.9.3 installation on a Plesk server, I install everything through the wordpress administrator.

I need help to know what is happening and if it is compatible with my version of wordpress, also if the plugins are the ones that are throwing the site with the 500 error or if they have already been reported this

What is the purchasing and installing method of Engitech Theme?

I got the Engitech theme through Envato Elements monthly unlimited subscription. I’m having an issue and in need of support, however I was not provided any “Purchase Code” and the “Verify Purchase with Envato” button does not work for me to log a ticket. I am able to download the license certificate from Envato but the support ticket will not accept that either!! I contacted Envato and they point me to Ocean Themes…I NEED HELP. How do I get support??
