I have written your support email, and the following issues are already listed in the comments here, but I am hoping you will post the fixes here (or at all!).

These are fairly large mobile issues, and they happen on your demo as well. You do not need access to my site (private, and in dev) posted here to fix. We have all bought this theme in good faith, please help.

Problems: 1) The mobile menu works fine with one level, but as soon as you select a submenu, everything pushes to the right and you can’t see half the menu text

2) When opening the hamburger menu, the CART icon does not stay with the menu, it “falls” out of the container to underneath it, where it is hard to see or read.

Please advise.

I installed the “wordpress only” file and then downloaded the suggested plugins. but no button whatsoever for importing demo dontent.

I bought your theme and followed the instructions with the demo import and installation but I ran into the following problems:

There is no “Import Demo Data” inside Appearance at all.

But anyway … I imported the demo manually with Tools -> Import and so on…

I want to use this version of the Home page – “3D parallax hero”. I imported the slider resolution “3d-parallax” slide from the Demo import folder, but the parallax doesn’t work correctly like in your demo. In the demo the parallax is only “horizontal” oriented, but in my case it’s oriented in both positions (horizontal and vertical). Also I don’t want the text to move like that. Тhe button also moves… and there is “blur” effect.

The only thing that I want is to be able to import the exact demo from your theme, with the same effects. Really, that’s all I want.

Other missing stuff:

“Journal page” and “Default Shop page” are empty Missing pages: - Header style 1 - Header style 2 - Header style 3 - Header style 4 - 404 page

Missing sections on the chosen Home page (3D parallax hero): Featured Products section is missing Instagram Section is missing Sign up for the newsletter section is missing Footer is different from the demo

I am expecting that as soon as I bought a theme, I will be able to import the exact demo, but unfortunately there is nothing in common with the demo which I imported and the demo that you provide.

The theme is not loading any of the (already limited) style options. I have had to do most by CSS, but why is it not loading any font choices or colors? It will be time consuming for me to have to code them all in myself! I will email the URL.

I need help with the navigation menu. Your theme leaves these instructions: “MAKE YOUR MENU AT APPEARANCE => MENUS After check Left Section and Right Section theme locations” but I do not understand this. Please provide more instructions. Thank you.

Regarding previous support issued on the displaying of header images only on some pages… a theme update was provided and there are several pages again deciding not to show the header images.
