Yes, I have updated the theme now. But the issue is still there.

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
4. Go to GoodLayers > Miscellaneous > Plugins > Enable those icons then check it again.
Let me know if this helps or not.
The problem was a plugin called “Menu icons” by ThemeIsle. When it’s deactivated, the icons show up. Thanks!

2 Questions before finalizing my purchase; in Architek or similar demos:
1. for subitems of portfolio, do I have the option of have internal video (with no external link such as YouTube or Vimeo) in addition to stationary photos? If so will I have the option for have it autoplay as the user chooses it or they will need to press play? What about loop replay?

Is there a way to completely disable google fonts and use only used fonts locally?
You can upload your own custom font but currently, we don’t have an option to disable Google font yet. But we will consider for this option.

Thank you for your quick reply. i’m actually using infinite template already. Purchased under company’s account not mine account. I got request to remove google fonts due to current GDPR concerns. Data are sent to US when loading google fonts, therefore i can’t make a website compliant if it’s hitting google servers. I will find a workaround for now, however i think you should consider to give users option to fully opt out google fonts and use them locally instead.

I used my license code to activate a local host installation to try out the theme before installing it on a live site. My plan was to deactivate the license on the local site, but I have corrupted the database and now can’t get into that site at all. What now?

Unfortunately there is an error with this theme and Tables made with Gutenberg editor. Line-breaks are not shown. I disabled all plugins and left the Infinite theme enabled but only reverting back to a standard Theme twenty-twenty worked. Pity :/

Hi, I found the issue. For some reason, figure elements had the value of 0 set for propery line-height in the style-core.css file of the theme.
figure { line-height: 0; }
I wrote custom CSS and now it works.
Why was the value of line-height set to 0 though?

When we try to change the menu location in Appearance-Menus we get next PHP error and the locations ara not saved.
Illegal string offset ‘nav_menu_locations’ in wp-includes/theme.php:1060 We were checking your server recommend (http://docs.goodlayers.com/server-recommend/) and everything is alright.
We tried to disable all the plugins and it doesn’t word either. However, if we change the theme to, for example, the “twenty twenty one” wordpress theme, is working perfectly. Of course, we tried to install a fresh copy of Infinite theme, but we get the same error.
We realised there is an error in the wp-options database table in the row with option_name = theme_mods_infinite. Sometimes it have this value:

As you can see, it starts with ” – ” when it should starts with ” a “. Even if we change manually this ” – ” to ” a ” is not working either. Other times, it starts with ” A ” (uppercase), but it doesn’t work either.
We are almost sure that is a theme problem, but we don’t find the solution.

A couple things not working in your latest build:
“Save Draft” is not saving anything from Goodlayers properly. Content block additions, changes to content blocks, nothing. Only publishing works as expected.
Also, the Social Share tab of the Portfolio Info block does not respond to changes in the default Goodlayers setting when set to “default.” The only way to change the settings is to “enable” and set each share possibility manually. Also, Google+ is still listed as an option through this route, when it’s rightfully been removed through the main Social Share menu.
Wordpress and Infinite are updated to current versions.

We don’t have this as built-in feature but I think you can see for third party plugin for that purpose.

Hello I’ve seen that the new versions require the purchase code to be registered , but in the changelog you wrote
”* Purchase code verification will be required since this version. You will still be able to use the theme without registration but you will NOT be able to update the core features and the slider.”
while in the docs I see
“After you install and activate the theme, the “goodlayers-core” plugin will automatically installed “
And in fact, without registration, all the features seems to be unavailable
Since I need to do some local test, what does the registration imply ? Am I going to bind the code to a domain ? Will it works on a local dev environment ?
