Hi, I’m having an issue with the blog carousel on the infinite theme, the title and content is hanging over edge of the screen and word-wrap isn’t working. Do you know how I can fix this?
I use the Infinite theme for a few different clients now, I must have about 15 licences for that theme alone and I’ve never seen this issue before.

Does anyone know how to stop the video widget from showing a black screen on mobile? It’s fine once you press play but otherwise it’s black unlike desktop that shows the video.

hello since i bought the theme years ago i never used it but now that i need it i cant import the demo, i changed the php version from 7 to 8 and tried all parametres to match the requierement but the goodlayer import page is buggy and i see only lines and texts and no user interface like the video on youtube and i cant clique on import demo, is there a way to help please ?

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
Let me know if this helps or not.

Hi, Thank you for the reply! Everything was updated. Deactivating all the plugins made clear Polylang was the plugin that created the error. After reactivating the plugin and saving the Theme options, Slider Revolutions suddenly showed the background images on mobile again. Thanks.

Hi, we are redoing the site with another Infinite version (old site is with a different version). I have tried to import the demo-material, and managed to import all but images. We do plan to change the images to our own, but with “ghost-images” it is very difficult, since we cannot see what is the image size etc. I did increase the limits according to instructions but that did not make a difference. The image import process takes just a moment and import gives info ”’Furniture’ demo successfully imported”. Is there another way to import the demo-images for demo purposes?

Hello, this is the worst theme I tried to install ! There is no plugins into the archive theme, no goodlayers-core or other plugins needed for the theme. I deactivated all my plugins, nothing change, impossible to use without the plugins. I tried to use the envato plugins to install, nothing change, not possible to install the goodlayers-core plugins because there are no plugins into the archive !! How to use this theme if I can’t install the nedded plugins ?

I had registered my serial number and my site, but despite this it was impossible to download the plugins, only the Envato Markert plugin was available…
My site not being in production, I did a “Reset” of wordpress, and I finally managed to download the plugins.

I consider infinite one of the best themes. I just leave as a suggestion greater possibilities for configuring the width of the sidebar – currently we have the option of 25%, 33%, etc. Other themes have an infinite range of wide possibilities. Another point is spacing. The spacing of for example 20 for the desktop, in the case of the smartphone, is very spaced. Improving these two aspects in new updates, out of all the themes I’ve used, this one is the best.

Dear Infinite, I am using your theme for 7 years now in my portfolio and for other clients. It´s an amazing theme. I always recommend it.
