Hello, I love Essentials! It’s a great theme! Unfortunately, I accidentally bought it twice eleven months ago and thus also threw half a year of support out the window. Only now I use the second license for creation of a new website. Maybe you could help me anyway. I wonder why the buttons of the popups and forms are not displayed in the style of the theme? I didn’t have this problem with the first license. Do you have a simple explanation for this? Thank you very much and I wish you continued success with your great work!

You can install the theme on a domain and its subdomains/subdirectories using one license as long as they are related to the main website (the same company/business/product…), otherwise you will need a license for each subdomain/subdirectory website.

WordPress includes a built-in login and register system. By default, it is turned off but you can easily turn it on from “Settings > General page” in your WordPress admin area by checking the box “Anyone can register” next to the ”Membership” section. However, if you want to have more advanced custom functionalities you may need to use external third party plugins depending on your needs.

I have lodged a support with you on your website and also reporting here that trying to install demo content and it just keeps showing Error: Service Unavailable (503). Quite disappointing for a new customer. If this can’t be fixed, I would prefer a refund.

Okay, I bought a new license to use its support. I sent a message to you from my pixfort dashboard with the info. I just installed it on a fresh server on a fresh instance of WP, and the cookie banner still isn’t working when clicking on it with the most current theme release. The last theme update worked fine, but this one my cookie banner won’t do anything after clicking it. Thanks.
