By spend to much time on getting Koble – Honey to change the 1/2 blocks to become responsive on mailclient from iphone 7 and 8. What i want is to have the image above the text, just like the other blocks, but this seems not to work for older ios mail clients.

Hi, the template currently supports Mailster and Mailwizz plugins on WP. You will need either of these plugins in order to send from WP. However, I never try the process you mention. It should work fine because the template is just plain HTML static code.
Hi, Unfortunately, Mailster color panels automatically detect color codes based on the template code. Furthermore, the plugin cannot use the same color for different areas. The plugin will samutaniusly modify every location with the same HEX color code.
As a result, if we define all colors, there will be 100+ color adjustable buttons because the base file contains all modules from every default template design. It will make the color panel more confusing to use.
To summarize, the plugin functionalities are not intended for templates with a large number of modules. It would be preferable to make changes directly in the code of each module after adding it to the campaign.

How to implement in iContact?
Hi, First iContact doesn’t provide a template editor for custom HTML templates and also does not provide a host for image assets. What you can do is edit the code manually or use 3rd party service like StampReady to customize and export an HTML file. If you have any further questions please contact me at nutzumi@gmail.com

Hi, They are all free icons from iconfinder.net. Each template file has only the included icons, any other icon you can find from the iconfider.net download and resize to the same as the default icon.

Hello, and thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, Klaviyo does not support drag and drop for third-party templates. What we do is customize the HTML before import the file directly to their platform.
Many of them also have a problem with automatic image matching in the mailster. Instead of placing the photo in the designated place, it places it as the background of the whole element. E.g. BookClub:

However, dynamic content is automatically pasted by Mailster. I cannot control or specify where the paste will occur. The template author can only enable or disable this feature per module. You may contact their support for additional information.

For some reason the mailster folder doesn’t have all the files. It doesn’t have 1-15. It has them bunched into one file and it doesn’t work correctly when it’s uploaded. Do you have individual files for each template for mailster?
Hi, apologies for the confusion. The mailster_koble-original-set.zip file includes all the original template file. Another ZIP file in the folder is a new template that had just been added.
I’ve separated the ZIP because combining too many templates in a single base.html will cause a conflict with CSS style. Also, to prevent the ZIP file size from being too big when I add more templates CSS in the future update.
You can switch to individual template by selecting at the top right menu while creating the campaign in Mailster.(screenshot).

Hi, it was full width by design. Although the content area is still contained in a 600px width, If you look in the code you will see it is just the module’s background that extends to full width. Which is normally the same as any other template.
For example, if the module and container use the same bg color. It will look like the container extended to full width. But when The module and container use different colors or bg images. It will look like a container flooding in the middle but actually, it was inside a module structure with 100% width. You just don’t notice it.
It works normally if you want to contain everything in 600px. That will require customizing the template code to change the layout.

yeah i checked that the content area is in 600px width but the background image and color is full width. Can you help me to make background image and color also 600px? Because i did that ok desktop it’s look perfect but in responsive it’s not. So I need your help if you can tell me where exactly i change the width of table to make it perfect on desktop and mobile?

Hi, Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, since 2019, Mailchimp requires at least a “Standard Plan” to be able to import and use custom HTML templates.

We’ve setup and imported the Mailchimp templates as instructed, but upon designing using the Classic Builder it shows us only the Header, seen the FAQ and the hovering just do add the Footer, how to resolve that?
After clicking + to add a new module, you can change to another module by selecting at the drop-down menu in that repeatable function.

When I select “install” by the MailSter plugin, the “Medica” template is installed and not Koble. The panel appears as Koble installed, but in reality it is Medica. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, and the problem recurs.
Medica is a template file separate from the original set for technical reasons. If we keep adding the new module to the original set, the file will be too large and there will be a lot of unused code from every design. It is difficult to manage when updating the file. If we only use the style(CSS) from the original design. It will be very limited and difficult to create a new design.
Also, please try to manually install it by uploading the template zip file to Mailster, to make sure it’s not caused by the plugin install button bug that downloads files from TF API.

Hi, we are using Sendinblue. How is in compatible with that service? Can I simply import it into Sendinblue as template and start to use their online editor or how is it meant? I prefer an online/visual editor instead of pure html/code editing.
You can import the HTML to send with their service, but their template editor doesn’t support 3rd party custom HTML template. They only support their native template that created on their platform.
Ok, but how do I choose from the different type of modules and how do I modify the colors, text and stuff? Do I have to edit the html code or is their a visual editor with drag and drop ability? Thank you
Unfortunately, customizing the template you’ll have to do through code or 3rd party service(like Stampready).
*Most email service providers presume that those who use a custom template should already know HTML. Those who don’t know code will have to create new templates using the builder they provided.
Hi, I imported the theme into Mailchimp and at least half my audience, including my bosses, did not see a word of my newsletter as they opened it with Outlook from a desktop.
Is there a way around this problem?
