1. The theme uses MAS Videos plugin which does not have an option to change TV Shows to Programs.
2. Yes, you can have different sliders for different screens.

Thank you for getting back. If you want to change the layout of the Movies or TV Shows, you can use custom coding. Our code is customisable at various levels including use of hooks and actions. You can do that. However, it is not possible to change the slug or name of the post types which are TV Shows and Movies.
The blocks available for each custom post type are the ones listed here: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/vodi/topics/getting-started/ Additional blocks or customising them according to your needs will require additional custom coding.
Please note custom coding are outside of theme support.

I want to have one more block similar to Tv Shows instead of movies . similar to Tv Shows this block will also have episodes. in my website there is no movies all I have is Tv Series ( I can use Tv Shows for this ) and Tv programs ( for which i need block instead of Movies) 2, As I do not have Movies in the website i cant use Movies block in website because they don’t have episodes and seasons and also sliders which movie block has (https://demo3.madrasthemes.com/vodi-demos/main/home-v2/ ) 3. Hi there, Is this Theme regularly updated? I’m looking for a new theme to replace my current one I’ve been using blockter for a few years, but it’s discontinued now so no good for us.
Does this theme allow you to add Netflix, Amazon, Apple+ and other TV services to any Movies or Series?
As we like to add collections of say, top 10 movies on Netflix now, or particular channels etc.
And is this skin interacted with social media? Like Facebook, Twitter. As the current one we use people can quick and easily log in via social media.
I am ready to purchase this theme now, but just wanted to check these first, as I’d have to ask all my registered users to re-register, and would be easy if can do that via social media.
Last thing, is it simple to add Movies and shows?

1. Yes, the theme is updated regularly as you can see from the changelog.
2. I am not sure how you add Netflex, Amazon, etc services. Are you referring to the link to these series? In that case, there is an option called “Sources” which allows you to do that.
3. Yes, you can add movies, assign them tags or categories.
4. No, the theme does not have social media integration.
5. Please note, that as you have existing website, you’ll have to work on migrating your content.
6. Our theme uses WordPress’s core custom post types to add movies and TV Shows.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. In regards to Netflix, Amazon etc I meant is there an option to let users know its available to watch on Netflix. We won’t be adding links to watch anything. As we’re just a Movies and TV review site. So we would just add movies and series and do movies/TV blogs.
I just wanted to know if I would be able to add on listings that that particular series is a Netflix series, or Amazon prime so then my users know they can watch it on Netflix provider. As we won’t be adding links to the listings. Just the info on latest movies, and trailers.
Also, once I choose a new theme, I will be starting it all from scratch.

Hi! Pre sale question here. I have an “netflix” site and I really loved your theme, but my main concern is about the videos. All my videos are uploaded in google drive, your theme support google drive videos? I can embebed theme and they will work perfectly? Also, the search bar in your site search for the titles and tags? ´cause my actual theme just search for titles and not search the tags and this negatively affects the search. So, i’m looking fot a theme can solve this problems for me and I found yours. Hope you can awnser soon.

1. The theme uses WordPress’s core embed feature. If you are able to embed a video in a WordPress post, you should be able to embed them in our theme as well.
2. I recommend using advanced search like Algolia for this feature that you require.

See https://tacticaltv.com and you will see some let and right margins. That content is built using the Beaver Builder plugin, and the rows are set to full width, but the Vodi theme appears to be setting some left and right margins that do not appear on the pages generated by the Vodi theme demo content. So how can I get rid of those left and right margins being added by the theme on non-Vodi pages?

I have imported the demo content, and I see where to edit the social media icons in the footer via the Footer Menu in Appearance, but I cannot change the icon that shows up in the white circle there in the footer. When I do set and icon, it shows up to the right of the right circle. I am trying to add a youtube icon in a white circle on the Social Media footer icons, but it is not working. 1. Please add this custom PHP code to your child theme’s functions.php to remove show more in videos page.

3. Unfortunately there is no option to show sidebar widgets in Single video page.

5. Vodi does not have ad commercials. It depends on the media player that you choose to use. Vodi is compatible with many video players that lets you play ads before videos.
