RSelement crash my Elementor 3.6.5 panel with a infinite loading. I try to reinstall them many time but problem still continue. How to resolve plz ?

Elementor suddenly updated version – we already updated the RSElements plugin. For installing the updated version RSElements Plugins – you have to update theme to latest version – after updating theme please try to uninstall the RSElements plugin and delete it and then go to Appearance -> Install Plugins – install the RSElements plugin again. Hoping everything will be fine. Thanks

Hi, I have the Braintech theme with RSElements plugin is version 1.0 on the site. On updating Elementor version above 3.6.x the site shows critical error. I have figured the issue is because RSElements version. As you have mentioned on above comment. I have updated the theme to current version and Removed RSelements plugin. And Installed “RsElements lite” plugin. But the critical error is still there. Please contact me soon. I have multiple sites affected by this issue.

You have install RSElements plugin not RSElements lite. If you will activate your purchase code then you will get option in Appearance -> Install Plugins

I just fixed it into your website manually. But without purchase code activation you will not get all feature.

@Karasantescom I kept having import issues too, so I ended up doing it manually. You can unzip the data pack from the downloaded zip after purchase, and go to the one click importer and click switch to manual. Then you point the content xml option to the content.xml you unpacked from data pack zip, and the widgets to the widgets. Then go to braintech options, all the way at the bottom import/export, and select the options.jzon from the data pack folder. This is only way I was able to get import to work. Pretty sure it isn’t standard php settings making issue eiuther, I run my own hosting server and have the ini settings set far above the minimum recommendations actually. Definitely would be good thing to figure out for future customers though! Had to jump through hoops to find the documentation, and it’s out dated. I recommend making this linked here in the info page, and updating the documentation to reflect the manner I mention above for installing the imported data mnaully.

Hello there! Theme has been great so far getting things setup, but just had to move things to a another fresh testing site and now header will not change and slider does not show on web design page. Any ideas of what settings to check? Seems something must not be configured right since header won’t change and doesn’t show correct primary menu. Have checked activation and it says key is valid, so that seems fine… TIA!
