Hello haquemdmanzurul, I Just want to let you know we receive tickets without any problem. and we can’t solve the problems in the theme comments. for the problem, you have a problem with the connection to WHOIS for the domain. this problem in your server. you will need to open a ticket so we can help you. the problem is not on the theme. if you can’t open a ticket please record a video of the problem you have with the ticket so we can help you.
Hello haquemdmanzurul, i tested from the same browser & Operating system, and i can open a ticket without any problem. we receive the tickets from clients. i’m not sure what is the problem in this case. can you try another browser or from mobile device?

There is this domain search added and when it says it’s taken and also shows WHOIS. When I click it has a popup within the page, it’s lovely except it is behind some content that looks ugly, how do i have popup on top of all layers. I checked the navigator in elementor and it has no option.

Hi WHMCSdes, I just purchased “Hosting WordPress & WHMCS Theme” & when I installed it, the Elementor Website builder has a lock on it, on my dashboard. You advertise that it’s included but it appears that I need to purchase it to unlock it. If I need to purchase it I will apply for a refund BUT I would prefer to be able to use it as it looks really amazing! Can you let me know what the situation is with it, also do I need it to edit my pages/create seperate landing pages and am I doing something incorrectly? I’m wanting to use the ‘GO’ template.
