Hello! I have installed the theme two years ago and I am happily using it, until I have updated some plugins (very minimal number used on the site) and now if I create a new page, the top navigation menu and logo are missing. I have tried everything, and I noticed there is a conflict with WpBakery, I have purchased the latest version but no luck, the menu is still missing when I create a new page. Can you please help me? I spent a year building this site and I wish it could function properly…

The two most likely causes of the 403 Forbidden Error on WordPress are:
1. Corrupt .htaccess file 2. Incorrect file permissions
As a first step, I would recommend checking that you are set as the administrator by navigating to Dashboard > Users .
If you are set as the site administrator, the next step would be to locate the .htaccessfile in the root folder of your WordPress site, either via cPanel or FTP, download it to your computer so that you have a backup, and then delete it from your server. Try accessing your website. If 403 forbidden error is resolved, then this means that your .htaccess file was corrupted. To generate a fresh .htaccess file navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click Save changes (even though no changes have been made here).

I figured out that I only faced this error while using WpBakery to edit the page, if a use Gutenberg editor it works fine, I tried to install other versions from WpBakery but still the same. any advise?

It only happens on “pages” other post I can edit them with WpBakery with no issue

The issue occurred because of ModSecurity. ModSecurity is an Apache module which works as a web application firewall. It blocks known exploits and provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications. However, sometimes, mod_security may incorrectly determine that a certain request is malicious, while it is actually legitimate. In such a situation, we can whitelist the triggered mod_security rule on the server, so that you can bypass the block.

Greetings, How can I change the navigation bar options in the categories and pages of the shop? Such as: the color of the bar, the color of the menu items and the title of the single product page.

So as to make the website homogeneous.
I tried to change from the main theme options, turning off the page title with the background image. But inside the page, between the navigation bar and the product view, there is too much vertical white space (padding).
I hope that somehow we can intervene.
If there were theme options also within the product and portfolio pages it would be ideal.

I contact you because in using the theme in question, I’m having difficulty activating the footer by default. It is not visible on any page of the theme.
I’ve followed your guides, read other support requests for this issue, but nothing. I activated all the features for WPBakery Page Builder, configured the theme options in the footer section, but nothing. The only way to make it appear is to insert the shortcode within individual pages. But I’d rather have the same default footer appear for all pages!
Another thing, the back to top button does not appear.
How can I solve these two problems?

Analyzing from inspect element, I realized that an additional .footer-main class was automatically created, with the rule display = none; which blocked the display of the footer and the back to top button.
I solved it by saving the css file again and resending it via ftp.
Now everything works correctly.

We got this theme as free bee form Envato Market. We try to install the theme and now we are trying to check with one click demo import option. There is no such document or steps mentioned can you please guide us to import the data

Hi. Thank you. That helped a lot and I got it installed. But what a disappointment. I’m having so many troubles. The demo backup doesn’t work fine. It says: “The execution failed. Please check error.log”. Left and Right margins are different than online demo. So, it’s been frustrating.
I’m afraid it’s not hosting problem because it’s solved and I didn’t anything. But I still facing so much problems to intall the demo backup. It simply doesn’t work and I get that message after installing: “The execution failed. Please check error.log”. What can I do?
