Hi. I cannot import the demo as your website shows. I tried like 10 times now. Even if i import EVERYTHING, the header is still double the size in height. It’s just frustrating to purchase a theme and as a webdeveloper, with hundreds of sites behind, spend a whole day trying to import a demo, without success. During this time i could have built the homepage from scratch. How can i get assitance or request a refund?

You say “Images used in live preview are not included in the template.” Do you mean the rights to them are not sold with the theme or they just don’t exist in the demo and I have to (gruesomely) search for each section and hidden section where the photo would’ve been and then put there an exact-size of the missing photo (which I probably won’t know about)? So I’ll ask a question here in case others have the same issue. Th last issue I’m having with your theme is replacing what is normally referred to as “inner-banner.jpg” or “inner-header.jpg” but you guys do not use that name of the image on your Shop and products pages. I need to replace the top banner underneath the navigation menu, and I have looked everywhere and replaced every possible image in the media library as well in the cpanel for these banner images in the inner banner but it hasn’t changed or replaced the image of tomatoes and garlic pizza. WHERE IN THE HECK DO YOU REPLACE THAT INNER HEADER banner? It seems to be named bg-14.jpg or bg-9.jpg. But I replaced those and it hasn’t worked. Thank you. This is the last issue remaining.

I need you guys to get in touch with me. If not I’ll file a complaint with Envato. Clearly your zip fie does not contain all of the required elements of this theme. I purchased this theme for a client who ended up having to shut down their business due to covid constraints and haven’t even used the support. Many aspects of your theme cannot be edited such as phone numbers and other details. Very odd. Normally widgets are set up and ready to modify but not yours. Be sure y contact me back so we can attempt a friendly resolution to this matter before it escalates.

This must be the worst WordPress ever. You can’t even change the top header where the phone number is, the navigation menus are horrible to work with and the widgets are all black and you can’t change the footers and headers universally. Wort them ever and I have purchased many themes from ThemeForest
