I installed the ffmpeg and videos are uploading fine. However when they post, they do not display inline with the rest of the site. Like they become hidden slightly by other content overlap.
While normal uploads from the backend display correctly. Only now after using the ffmpeg system.
It is also not encoding the video. Just stays at 0%.
Do I need to match the version of ffmpeg with the documentation? Cause I’m using the latest ffmpeg file.

2. The error log says all things, You enabled the Nice option but the system does not recognize where the Nice tool is, it seems the Nice isn’t installed yet or it is located somewhere.sh: /usr/bin/nice: No such file or directoryYou can navigate to Appearance > Customize > WP Video Encoder, disable the Nice option or put its valid path (screenshot).
After that, you can click the Reencode button (next to the Log button as above) to try again.

You will need to put the absolute path, it is /usr/bin by default on the Debian system, I don’t think we could install the FFmpeg by copying it to hosting using Cpanel.

Most shared hosting does not support FFmpeg for a number of reasons, I suggest that you ask the hosting support staff or server technical, they would install it for you.

I don’t think it is possible, it seems the Bunny API does not support moving files to another hosting, did you try it?
Ok interesting wanted to check on that. Would it have been done manually like via dowloading all files and manually transferring. Then would updating all URL file paths be done in the database?

Regarding the More Link (screenshot), you will need to put your own link manually, for example, if you set up the Sports section with Sports category from the Data Source tab, then, you can put the Sport category URL to the more link field.
To find the category URL, navigate to Video > Video Categories, hover on the category items, and copy the View URL (screenshot).
2. To enable registration, navigate to Settings > General and enable the Membership option (screenshot), you will need to select the Author role by default to allow all members to be able to upload videos, otherwise, you can select Subscriber for default, then, you can manually upgrade the specific users to the Author role

I’m afraid you would need to work with custom CSS, the theme does not have any options for adjusting that, for example, this CSS will change the search button color https://pastebin.com/4jc5q85P and you can put it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field.
You may learn the browser Dev Tool to work with elements and CSS, it would help a lot.

In Current Version – 2.0.2 The Aspect Ratio option is currently coming as DEFAULT while uploading/editing the videos. We have to manually change it to 21×9 etc each time during upload/edit.
However, in old version – 1.2, we could set the Aspect-Ratio to 21×9 in the Theme Options, which used to be applied to all old and new videos. Individually changing the Aspect Ratio for each video was not required in the old video.
In the new version 2.0.2, this setting of Aspect Ratio feature in the Theme Options is not visible.
Kindly let us know, how can we do this in the current version 2.0.2

I think it still works fine, you can select a custom aspect ratio from Theme Options > Player section (screenshot) as you have known (don’t select default), this option will be applied to all new uploaded videos or the old videos with default ratio is selected (screenshot).

Thanks, the above issue has been resolved. Please have a look at the below issue i have been facing.
I connected my gooogle account with Google Sitekit to display Video Views count on each video. It worked and started displaying the count.
But later on, I had to change the google accound id from one to another, with all necessary steps, i disconnected the previous account and connected sitekit with the new account.
Since then, the Page Views are extracting from analytics correctly but the Video Views Count has stopped. It still shows the old counted video views.
As a solution, i tried changing it back to the old google account, but the issue remained same as it was displaying the 2 months old data from some cache. Also, i cleared the Wordpress Cache but still didn’t work.
Could you please mention what could be the reason here?

As far as my experience, Google Sitekit still uses GA3 and Reporting API v4, however, I guess they will migrate to GA4 and Google Analytics Data API soon.
Since version 2.x, I have migrated GA4 and Google Analytics Data API into the StreamTube Core plugin, I also updated the documentation, you will need to read the documentation for migrating to the new GA4 and its API to access new analytics data. YES it is now working just because i made changes through customize the Theme, but after some days it comes back, i have suffered withit for almost 9 times and to remove it i have to first log in admin and make changes. i wish i could share with you a screenshot because i took one before changing anything if not i will contact you when it comes back but its really giving me headache to an extent that i have to log in admin everyday to make changes so that videos may show

i am trying to upload video 20MB i increased maximum size from theme to 250MB and installed big files upload plugin but always i get this error once upload completed “There was an error opening the temp file /tmp/bfu-069cf703314ada9f59ba18554a714359.part for writing. 1. You will need to select another ratio, e.g: 21×9 or 16×9, don’t select default, the default option is suitable for embedding only.
2. The Content Width has been made for Template 2 and Template 3, it will not appear if you select the default or Template 1, it is normal.

videojs doesn’t seem to work well on ios with or without the video ad tag.. when click on play or when se to auto play. the video automatically open in full mode(using the ios video player) which doesn’t play the video ads.

1. It is not working because of the CORS issue, to enable CORS, you must add this code on the top of the .htaccess file, it may work.
2. For a number of reasons, the Drag and Drop only works if you activate this free plugin, it supports uploading the big file which you will need to use, just activate the plugin.

Adding custom post types is supported by a filter hook, however, I don’t intend to add more custom post types to the Data Source field, you could add your own post types programmatically if you understand WordPress coding knowledge.
Firstly, make sure that you installed StreamTube 2.0 and StreamTube Core plugin 2.1.4
Then, activate the child theme (streamtube-child.zip), and put this code snippet to the end of functions.php filewp-content/themes/streamtube-child/functions.php
And change the post type slug as detailed in the code.
It seems you tried to update the theme many times and Envato API locked down your update request, no worry, you can try again later.
If you don’t see the Update Notice of required plugins from your dashboard, you can navigate to Appearance > License Verification and click the “Verified, check for update” button, then, navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins page and update all available plugins.
After clicking the button, if you don’t see the Install Plugins page, this means all plugins are up to date.

1. These images are unavailable, please make sure that you inserted a correct post type slug, the filter does not check if that is a correct slug, could you share the website URL and admin credentials via this form privately? I will have a look into it.
2. If you want to add Ads on specific pages which are built by Elementor, you can try the HTML block (screenshot).
If you want to add Ads on all pages, you can activate the child theme (streamtube-child.zip) and paste this code snippet to the end of wp-content/themes/streamtube-child/functions.php file, and manually put your Ads code as mentioned within the snippet.
3. I may add the Report in a future update.
4. Only the author or higher roles can upload videos and of course, they can edit/delete their own videos, it works like how you manage your Youtube videos,
If so, just downgrade all normal users to the subscriber role.
