Good afternoon there.
We are facing some issues with the Doyle theme I have purchased. The problems are as follows.
1. Always prompting an error “500 server error” message while uploading images or selecting any images for any elements. e.g. setting up a background image for a section, selecting some images for a gallery and selecting an image for a fancy box image icon, etc. 2. I cannot able to customize the footer. 3. When I select, an error showing “editor has encountered an unexpected error”
I can’t continue developing my site unless those issues are fixed. Kindly support me at the earliest to solve all the above problems.

Is it because it’s an old purchase code (2020) ?

I have purchased a license for Doyle Theme on 24th April 2020 but the update for slider revolution doesn’t work with the purchase code licence that I entered. Key seems to be locked because I tried many times. I really need to up date the slider revolution plug-in bought with this Doyle Theme on April 2020.
