You can change domain during the valid support duration, unless the license support expires. After the support expires, you can use and update the theme without buying it again. (only can’t change domain)

You should install a 3rd party plugin for subscription that is trustworthy and highly rated on https://wordpress.org/plugins. You can refer to Simple Membership plugin or Paid Memberships Pro plugin.

I didn’t receive an activation link for support but I was able to activate the theme. So I don’t have account at templaza yet but I have the demo content imported and the site is about 75% done. I do have specific questions such as how can we change the image size on the About portion of the page ( looks like custom css ) but I don’t know what header to use so I don’t modify the image size for the entire page. I just want that About portion. Will e-mail then hopefully get an actual account on templaza

Trying to create a forum registration twice now at templaza.com, but every time it errors out with the following screen: Joomla\CMS\Mail\MailerFactory::createMailer(): Return value must be of type Joomla\CMS\Mail\MailerInterface, Joomla\CMS\Mail\Mail returned and then a Go Home button. I get all the way through the registration using two different usernames and email addresses, but then trying to sign on i get the message: Warning Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet. I am in a chat session now on templaza.com been waiting 30 minutes from any response and nothing! I am a purchaser, have a valid Item Purchase Code. What is the problem?

The forum is actually a private ticket system that allows customers to create and read their own tickets only. You’re unable to view tickets created by other users because of the privacy policy. If your support is still valid, you can create a new ticket and post your questions. We will try to answer and address your problem as soon as possible.

When will your theme be compatible with php version 8? My host is requesting I upgrade to 8. When I did, the site went down and I had to revert back to 7.4.3. Please advise. Thank you.
Hi, the theme is compatible with PHP 8.0. If you upgrade to php 8 higher, it might cause a problem. So I suggest that you should upgrade php8.0.

Hi, Quick Presale questions. Is it possible to have the tickets on your theme converted to woocommerce products. The goals is to sell tickets with different pricing based on the user role (registered earlier). Is this possible? Does this theme support woocommerce in general ? Do you support multiple attendees per event with custom field for these attendees? Any attendees based registration / management system for the events?

Hi, pls create your ticket on our forum https://www.templaza.com/forums.html. This forum is actually a private ticket system which allows you to view your own tickets only. You’re not allowed to view other customers’ tickets because they might contain admin account, FTP credentials or cpanel info. Hope you understand.

Hi, I’m sorry, this theme was only free in 1 month of the last year. You should have installed ad used it at that time. Now it’s no longer free any more, and you can’t activate it with that free license. Hope you understand.

1- how can i translate days, hours, seconds on the timer?
I tried loco translate “Plugins Plazart MeetUp tz-plazart-meetup.pot ” but it only shows 5 elements to translate: -“http://template.com/” -“http://templaza.com/” -“Plazart MeetUp” -“Templaza” -“This is plugin for Templaza. This plugin allows you to create post types, taxonomies and Visual Composer’s shortcodes.”
It doesn’t show “days”, “hours”, “mins”, “secs”.
I tried directly from in the file too:

Changed the code:

Hello, I would like to create a platform for leisure activities, events and tours. In general, I have a few important questions before I decide to buy the theme.
1. Various organizers should have the opportunity to offer their experiences on the platform, like a kind of marketplace. Is that possible, because every organizer has different addresses, offers, bank details, etc.?
2. As the site operator, I would like to receive a certain commission per booking for the presentation of the experiences. Are there different payment options for customers? Can the organizer send invoices to customers if necessary? Most importantly, how do I get my percentage per booking? Say I charge 20% per booking. Will this be automatically credited to my account, does the organizer have to transfer it to me (then I need an overview of his earnings) or how is this handled?
3. The experiences are often recurring. Is there a function where I can set appointments as recurring (e.g. weekly, monthly, every x days, ...)?
Hi, thanks so much for your interest. 1. Organizers are able to set up their info (addresses, offers, bank details, etc.) and everything relating to events. The theme offers an event manager and supports the Tickera plugin. They can configure a lot of stuff and payment gateway easily. 2 + 3. At the moment, we haven’t had a solution for this case yet.

This theme requires the following plugin: Plazart installation. But when i try to instal this plugin- is not allowing (“Download failed Forbidden”)
This theme is a problem. I did not see in advance it is for a 1 page site – it was not made apparent. The Rev Slider comes up as missing so the demo won’t install. Looking at reviews, this appears to be a common problem. I am now forced to buy a new theme to meet my client deadlines. I have contacted support for refund. To me this is not ok.
Hi, I’m sorry for anything about the theme that misled you. FYI, this theme is not only one page, but for multiple page website also. Before you made the purchase, you must have taken a look at the demo first. And even if you’re not interested in onepage, you’re also able to convert it to multiple pages easily.
I bought a license 2 times for the same domain and no support was provided and when I’m ready to utilise it after learning more about how to use it, The license said to have expired.
That is fraudulent and estortion from the people. That is very bad
I guess the developer is an Indian man, they are the ones that does this evil thing and they saying its a business,

i’ve just purchased your theme but can’t import demo data without receiving an error message. after looking at your comment section here it looks like this is a common problem of the theme. i’ve tried to re-setup the whole wordpress installation 3 times now and everytime i receive different error messages as soon as i try to install the demo content. at the moment it’s: “syntaxerror: unexpected token < in json at position 0”...and a lot of “failed to import” messages.
it’s very urgent for me to set up the page. please help! thanks.
