how to update my existing project angular 8 to angular 13 metronic template

In the coming days we will release Angular 14 update for Metronic. If you are using an older version of Metronic you should update the Metronic version to the latest one. Angular 8 and Anglular 14 has many breaking changes and it requires to update the Metronic version first.

To use Metronic in a SaaS site you will need to purchase the extended license. Please refer to the price info on the left sidebar and choose the extended license vs regular license. The extended license allows to have unlimited paying users and each user can access to your SaaS service via sub or own domain.

Yes, all updates are free per license. The new update you can download from the Metronic Download page and the update integration depends on how you utilize Metronic. Basically update the entire “src” folder and add back your custom sass/js code into the source and refer to some HTML code changes and manually merging it as explained here: https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/demo1/documentation/getting-started/updates.htmlRegards, Sean
I was looking in the demos and I found something that should be useful for many users, I think it’s missing a design to upload an image/file and added some extra parameters for that file.
For example imagine you want to upload 3 images and add a description to each one, I think this is a usual case, where we need to tag/add a description to a file. It would be nice if you think on a design to integrate dropzone.js with files to easily add extra fields to each upload
