Hello, I purchased this theme last week, but I inadvertently did not see that it does not support Elementor. I want to exchange with a different theme that supports Elementor. How do I proceed?

Direct exchange of themes is not possible. You can submit a refund request for Softwerk theme and choose one of our Elementor theme. Our thematically similar Elementor themes can be found in this link.

Want to know , if that theme comes with dark option. Like i want to have entire theme in dark for my SaaS Product.

There is no specific Dark color demo version, however, the theme comes with options to change the background colors and colors of the fonts. You can use them to edit the demo pages or create your own dark versions of the pages manually.

It seems to have a vulnerability in your plugin and or theme. Some kind of malware creates redirects to “unappropriated” websites. I cleaned some code in /themes/softwerk/functions.php but i think the malware is also affecting the Softwerk core plugin. Can you please take a look at it ?

It’s important to stress that Envato does thorough examinations and inspects all the themes featured on their market, and this is especially true when it comes to the safety aspects.Moreover we, the theme authors, conduct additional tests to eliminate the possibility of there being any malicious content.

If any malicious content does appear to exist on your site, the most likely point of entry can be either the server, in which case you should handle this directly with your hosting provider, and the second possibility is that the malicious content originates from your computer, and it was transferred along with some of your content.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

Hi, I have setup the theme on local with one domain for development and now I would like to live the website with another domain but its giving error in setup that “Key is already used” so how I can deregister the key from previous domain which I used for testing so I can use it with new domain

I have installed and setup this theme, but facing an issue, site is very slow and server gets down frequently. and I have to reboot the server. Please advise.

I purchased this theme. setup the theme… now I want to import the demo under softwerk dashboard. When click import button, it says “The import process may take some time. Please be patient.” but nothing happens for hours. No progress has been shown. Please advise.

seems like I have wasted my money by purchasing this theme.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Great theme. But i have some issues. First of all, it’s not possible to make an account. I do not get the confrmation mail in my mailbox. When i choose ‘forget password’ i also do not get any mail (i do check my spam box).

The second thing is that i can not save any template anymore. When i do want to make a template from a row for example, the save as template button is grey. How can i fix this?

And what i also would like to know is how i can change the background color and title color of the accordions.

I need some help please. I am getting a weird issue, where im on the home page, mobile layout so on a phone, and im seeing lorem epsum text on my header ,also my menu gets distorted and i think it has something to do with FAQ. Any help would be much appreciated

Hi, I need to use this theme in multi language wordpress. For example Arabic (RTL) is default for user side and admin area, and English (LTR) is my second language just for user area. Hi there, purchased the theme last year and all going great up until recently. The footer disappeared and the nav menu in both desktop and mobile has gone crazy. I understand I’m beyond my support period however this is a product issue not a support issue so I’d appreciate urgent assistance. Hi, Everything went smoothly for the installation, just have an issue with the Home menu. In the Home menu, you are listing all the different sub-themes of your theme. The Main Home page is set as the frontpage. How can I assign “frontpage” to the Saas Home. I couldn’t find the how to in your documentation.
