Found the solution : you have to activate Jetpack, even if you don’t want this plugin… this is necessary to block widgets on certain page

I am sorry for your experience. As my colleague have explained, there is not much we can do without a staging site. You have third party, unsupported plugin active in the Live Site and there is a high chance to break it once my colleague start re-uploading everything.
I will have to rebuild the website from scratch as you were not able to help. even the timeline backups i have wont work because of the plugin conflict that has caused this problem.
It says in the description for this theme you can use Elementor. Can this be used to install the demo data for the ‘home-modern’ demo data???
The theme is compatible with Elementor, however you can’t edit the demo content as it is built with different builder – Beaver Builder. Regarding third party plugins, most of them work out of the box. Most of the clients have at least a few. The problem with them is when you run into an issue, we can’t really help, we don’t support them simply because we are not familiar with them and the theme has never been tested. As you they are more than 50000 plugins…...
I must say that saying that the theme is compatible with Elementor when the demo data is 99% of what the theme is (built with beaver builder), is dishonest. Just because Elementor is compatible with Wordpress, does not mean you should advertise/be using the Elementor logo in the description (it doesn’t appear on your demo website).
Also you talk about third part plugins causing conflicts. Jetpack is mentioned in the incompatibility article on beaver builders own website and you include it as part of the plugin bundle for the theme.

Unfortunately you not the first client confused by that so we will have to add a prominent banner that the demo content is built with Beaver Builder. The compatibility section is not the issue. We put a lot of effort to ensure that the theme is compatible with Elementor and we even think of adding demo content for it. Besides many clients use both builders, Beaver Builder for the demo pages and Elementor for new layouts as they are more familiar with it.
Regarding Jetpack, this is a supported plugin and the features we utilize from this GPL plugin work fine. I can assure you that we will fix issues related to it, as long as you provide a staging site.
Last but not least, we have a no matter what money-back guarantee, so even if you buy this theme by mistake or you are not happy with it we will refund you. No need to stick with it.
you must misunderstand the process of selling a website to a client. You find a theme, you check the reviews, you take a psd of the theme with and put the clients logo on it, you send it to the client, they sign it off, you build it and then you are stuck with that theme.
Your ‘this isnt worth the trouble’ offer of a refund is not actually an option is it (unless i pay someone 10x more money to rebuild it with Elementor to avoid future plugin conflicts and support issues.
Well that’s interesting, you are the first one to complain about a refund for the last 10 years. This is a digital product and you can’t really return the product, hence rarely you will find refunds in this industry.
If as you say the client has already approved the design, indeed the refund is not an option for you, especially if the client really likes the design.

Hi, the theme has modified the homepage due to jetpack as i have read on your support. I have tried to update jetpack and no resolution e.g. the sidebar is still on the home page. I have also tried deleting jetpack but that has done nothing and the sidebar is still there. could you please tell me how to remove the sidebar from the home page as this is making my home page look a mess. thanks.
although my support has expired, i would not call this support as much as it is a bug in the theme that is effected by a genuine wordpress affiliated plugin.

Hi there, We recently updated WordPress to 6.0 and the theme and plugins. Since theme all the “Projects” have disappeared. Even the “Projects Tab” from the admin dashboard is gone. Please help us out, we had plenty of projects added and now everything is gone. Also if we try to edit the projects section in Vamtam Builder we get this error: “VamTam Builder has detected a plugin conflict that is preventing the page from saving. ( In technical terms there’s probably a PHP error in Ajax. )”

Please reach out to Envato. According to their terms you can’t have the licence active on 2 different domains. The licence is activated by adding it to a website. It is the same procedure deactivating it, Simply remove it from the old website. So you have to ask Envato how do you proceed if you no longer have access to the old site. I suppose they will advise you to reach out to the domain owner and ask him to remove the licence.
You should learn from other professional themes. What you claim is impossible, competition does it with few clicks.

The template worked fine until recently. But all of a sudden there are disassembled pages, when I edit the pages from the VamTam editor I see them well, but when I publish them they look bad and disassembled, especially the head and footer.
