First of all, please make sure that your theme is updated to the very latest version, and then please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code and then please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there, hope this will work for you.

Pre Sales question – we already have built a few sites using Porto – it is very good – and we are thinking of buying another licence for a new job, but need to know something first – We are going to get the ‘auto-services’ theme, and ii uses some animated icons, which have svg code – is there a way to edit and replace the icons? Hi guys. Is there any way to create custom loop? I am using Elementor Pro and Dynamic plugins. I can create custom loop but I dont know how to apply it. I think i need to go to Porto settings and do something (maybe I should use porto builder for that?) Thank you

I want to apply that product loop to all archive pages. How can I do that?

In the example I have made a section in Elementor and after used Dynamic Posts plugin. When I create a template in Elementor and choose condition to show that template on all archive pages it doesent work. Looks like I should do something in Porto settings.

Yes, Please make sure that you have enabled the loop slider option from the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Extra >> Slider Config then enable the loop option and save settings then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hi, please help me for current problem. I use the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin. Overall it works perfectly. The problem comes from the conflict of YITH WooComercce Ajax Product Filter with YITH Ajax Search and with Porto theme which I use. The problem is that when both plugins are active, the merchant works but only on the title page, on the othert do not works. After turing off YITH WooComerce Ajax product Filter, the search engine works perfectly on all pages, but the filters disappear and my store is left without any filters.`

Actually, while we editing the pages and we set Porto Elements and in the elements settings we enable the type slider there is an option for autoplay you can enable it but for the loop option you have to go to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Extra >> Slider Config then enable the loop option from there to see image: i.is.cc/1lPjZmds.png once you enable this option save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hello!

After updating to the latest version of Porto Core/WordPress/WooCommerce/WpBakery Page Builder, the “Add to cart” and “Add to wishlist” icons have disappeared from the products, on a certain view.

In particular, I have created a row of products using the Porto Recent Products and a row with Porto Product Category using WPBakery Page Builder. In this view, they don’t show up whatever Product Layout I choose. I tried globally (using Theme Options) and element specific Settings but no luck. When I use a layout where the buttons are placed under the image, the space where they were supposed to appear is reserved, but they don’t show up.

The funny thing is that, when I view with the WordPress Customizer activated, the icons / buttons appear as expected! I deactivated everything to test for conflicts, but still, the problem is present. Currently I have only activated Porto Core Functionality, WordPress, WooCommerce and WPBakery Page Builder. No cache is activated and I tested on a Incognito mode as well.

I assume the issue is with the code of the page builder elements (Porto Recent Products and Porto Product Category). Any help will be appreciated. I have renewed the license a few times in the past.

This demo that I installed have no page builder for footer or header https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/business-consulting3/

I have to use Porto Templates Builder and that one have no page builder and it’s impossible to edit this parts since there just is codes! Why? If it says a theme have a page builder it should be for the whole page -right, just not some parts so I have to renew my subscription just to get help!

As you can see in this image: i.is.cc/1ksAcyHA.png the preset filter is of the YITH and the above filter is not coming from the YITH plugin the reset button for the preset filters will only appear if you have a YITH filter in the sidebar like this: i.is.cc/1ksFlyrA.png but make sure that you have enable the option from the YITH plugin settings as you can see in the image: i.is.cc/1ksKg9UG.png I hope you understand.
