How long do you take to respond? I’ve requested help through the support system over 6 hours ago now. This themes documentation is very limited and not helpful.

Hello Author, Quick question please… We have a main Record Label Company running 4 sub-labels, I don’t see anything in the backend where we can create labels (sub-labels)... My idea was to list the releases belongs to each label under it’s landing page. Is there such an option? Thank you!

There is no option or feature to create sub-labels at the moment. The theme is meant to be used for one label.

OK Theme author… I think everything went fine without issues.. but couple of things I need to mention. I would suggest to re-write your documentation because it doesn’t really cover the mass features in your theme.
For example the only issue I am facing now is; I am trying to find out why I see this under the posts? https://www.screencast.com/t/uVkaH12B8Gk I can’t find that text anywhere and I didn’t enter it. Any idea?

Thanks.. Sorry, where do I change the double line / enter paragraph spacing in WPBakery? Or is it a theme option/feature? I think it’s set to 2.0 or even more and that’s too much, shift+enter twice doesn’t work as well.. thanks
You mean the margin bewtween paragraphs?

Not sure if anyone is experiencing a problem with the “Custom Post Meta”. When activated, my blog pages become blank? I have disabled it just to be able to view my blog page.
When I mean blank out the blog. The text and everything on the actual blog post is blank.

I have followed the instruction here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress/ to disable the debug message.
I met this: define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
Replaced with this:

But still, the error continues to display.

If everything is up-to-date and your PHP verssion is at least 7.4+ everything should work correctly.
This bug might come from a 3rd party plugin. Try to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find out which one is causing this. ( Please note that we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. )
That being said, this is difficult to help without any further details. First be sure that your WordpPress installation, the theme and all plugins are up-to-date. For more help, please post a ticket in the support forum with screenshots, your website URL and a temporary login access. It will be much easier to help you there.

Been stuck with one issue for days which I have already reported. Don’t really know how the support works. ‘This slider is missing. If you have imported one of our theme demo content, you can import the slider by following the instruction’ Ho do I overcome this?

Hi there. I did this and I get the error if i try to import the zip revslider.zip (7333kb)slider_export.txt does not exist! and if I try to import the php ‘revslider.php (10kb)Incompatible Archive.’
Then extract the downloaded file. You will find a “revslider” folder containg each separate slider zip file that you must drop in your slider revolution admin panel (main_home_slider.zip etc. ).

I search for my question in your documentation before contacting you, it didn’t show me all of the above you are now sending me. The documentation holds a lot back about how to set up the theme. It looks like the utility functions file was trying to do something which has caused the site to crash?? I have removed the site address but any help would be greatly appreciated

You shouldn’t have this file in the recent version of the theme. The utility-functions.php has been rename to helpers.php
Please update the theme and let me know if it fixes it.

The index ID is simply an unique randomly generated number used for CSS and JS. You can use any unique string.

Hello guys, there’s a small problem with Events. If an Event is created with no date, it will not appear in the Dashboard Events tab nor in the events public page. I created an event, later went back to edit, and it wasn’t viewable to edit. Not sure if that’s on purpose? I was able to look for the event I created in my browser history to update, I inputted the date, saved it and it was available again to edit in the dashboard. Strange.
The goal is to post an event with out a date, since its continuous.
Sorry, one more. When using the theme, the back-end of Wordpress show its secure, public site becomes unsecured? Not sure the problem

Only events with dates are displayed as the date is used to order them.
About https issue, be sure that all your URL are updated after switching to https.

As mentionned previously, events without a date can not be displayed as the date is used to order them.
