Hi, so no theme updates since 4 November 2021? Do you plan on updating this theme or retiring it? I’m thinking about purchasing another license but not if its not getting the support it needs. Please advise.

As a theme author you have a responsibility to update your theme so the customers that purchase that theme can keep their websites running without error or fear of having to rebuild their website with a new theme which is very expensive. Its been almost 2 years since the last update!!!!

Hi Support I have a question regarding the above, can the Wp Bakery page builder be upgraded by simply uploading a new version over the top of the existing via FTP? I’ve never upgraded Wp Bakery manually before and thought I’d ask?

You can update them via FTP. You can also deactivate and delete the old versions under Plugins > All Plugins. After you delete the old ones you should install the new ones in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.

So your latest version is 2.1 and this has been out for a while, is this version now suddenly compatible with WP 6.11? If so how do we get the newer updates for WP Bakery and Slider revolution that was included with the theme?

The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update and the theme is working correctly on latest version of WordPress.
You should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or, if your support has expired, you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

I have ambient v. 2.1. PHP 7.4.13, wordpress 6.0. I have imported the demo and the posts from the demo are visible in portfolio categories. Their categories can be changed and the changes are visible. When I create my post (even by duplicating a post from the demo) and add it to a portfolio category, it doesn’t show up in that category. There are no errors.
I’m not sure if it’s related, but WP shows that the WP Bakery Plugin has newer version (67 -> 6.9), but it cannot be updated for some reason.
Please advice what to do. How to fix the issue. Thank you!

5.8? the latest version of WordPress is 5.9.3. The AnonymousFox Hack is taking down website all over the place and you guys are telling us about WP 5.8??? NO ONE is using WP 5.8.

Hello, I have a problem importing the demo. I open a ticket in your Help Center 1 day ago # 174877. Even if all system requirements are met, the process stops at 80%. I tried to restart the procedure, but it fails and many menu items are being generated. The console gives a JSON library level error. I have given you access to verify. How long does it usually take for assistance to respond? What can it mean not to complete the import and start customizing the site anyway? Thank u!

Hi Support this will now be the 7th time I’m reporting to you that Elated Core has crashed my system and I can’t get it off Elated core 1.91. I’ve tried every single method possible to upgrade and to make things ever more difficult I can’t login to code to log the problem to get help. Although I told you this before I’m asking and again pleading for help? It crashed everytime I upgrade the theme. Remember I can’t get access to code to log the problem!!!!
