This is our second theme by you guys but we’re finding dragging and dropping rows is a nightmare, is there a trick to it. Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks for the purchase.
We are sorry that you find d&d hard. The alternative to dragging and dropping rows is using clipboard features (copying one or more page elements from one position and pasting them to another position)

Hello, if I purchase your item would you be able to do the installation for me import the demo data?
Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
The Envato’s item support policy does not include the import of the demo content within the scope of item support. So, we can not import demo content for you.
On the other hand, our theme documentation clearly states the detailed steps for demo import – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/vox-populi/getting-started/ section 2.4, installing demo content.
Also, should you encounter any issues in the process, our support team will be glad to assist you via our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/

Despite following the instructions on your site, I continue to get the 404 Page Not Found error message on my home page. I tried to open a ticket, but the Support page didn’t list this theme. Any help would be appreciated!!
Hi,
Thanks for the purchase, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the theme.
Please try deactivating the theme and Vox Populi plugin and check if the issue persists with the one of the default WP themes. If it does it is the issue with your WordPress instance, and you can try rebuilding permalinks -
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard. Go to Settings > Permalinks.
2. Select an alternative permalinks structure -> Save Changes. For instance, if you’re currently using the Day and name settings. Change it to something else, like Post name.
3. Once done, change it back to your standard structure and hit Save Changes once again.
If the issue does not exist with one of the default themes activated, please try again submitting the issue at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/submit/ . Vox populi is listed in between Pawsitive and Tabula in the dropdown box. Please make sure to leave the site url and wp-admin credentials and our support team will be glad to take a closer look at the issue.

lol never mind all good. Found it.
Great, thanks.

Nice looking theme. Is is possible to create a one pager with anchor links using Bold Builder? Thanks!
Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
Yes it is possible to create one pager with anchor links using Bold Builder.

Thank you!
Hello! Loving the look of this theme! About to purchase. However, I am uncertain about BOLDBuilder compared to other tools. It appears as if all content needs manually added to each page and is not dynamically linked? For example, if I add a new event, does it automatically publish to the events page? On the bold builder, everything things individually editable, but not dynamic. I hope I’m missing something! Thank you!
Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
The Vox Populi theme does not feature the event custom post type and you have rightfully noted that the events on the events page are not dynamically linked – as is, you need to add the content manually and create the links.
There is another option – the theme does feature one custom post type which can be used for events and would provide the dynamic linking – it is portfolio. The layout of the portfolio dynamic block is somewhat different from the ones presented on the events page though – it supports the same layouts as the news section on our demo site – https://vox-populi.bold-themes.com/candidate/news/ including grid, standard archives in various formats (check the options under the news menu item) etc…
It is separate from the blog and the slugs of archives can be adopted out of the box to events instead of portfolio.
In general this is not the bold builder related feature – it is the theme that is built that way. Anyhow, regardless of semantics, your conclusion is correct.

Hi, just created new ticket. Please check.
change countdown language to spanish
Hi,
Thanks for the purchase.
Some attributes of the Counter element can be edited directly in Bold Builder and the ones that can not can be translated with the theme – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/vox-populi/theme-customization/ (section 08, theme translation).
Please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ with the screenshot of what are you trying to translate and they will be glad to provide additional information if needed.
Thanks in advance,

Hi, I was wondering if you can point me in the right direction on where in the CSS I can find the following: I’d like to keep the center menu on the header down to around 750px instead of now that it jumps to the side menu around 1180px. can you help? thank you!!
Hi,
The header responsive breaking point is in /framework/js/header.misc.js , line 35:
if ( typeof window.responsiveResolution == 'undefined' ) window.responsiveResolution = '1200';
You can change the resolution directly there, but we do not advise it, since the change will be overwritten with the next theme update.
You should add
window.responsiveResolution = '750';
as custom JavaScript which will be loaded after the said theme’s JavaScript file.
Kind regards,
BoldThemes team
thank you, but that didn’t change anything.
Hi,
Can you please tell us the url of the site so we can take a closer look at the changes you have implemented?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Countdown is a bold builder’s native element, so please find the respective labels in Bold builder’s language file – \wp-content\plugins\bold-page-builder\languages\.

Hi,
Thanks for the purchase.
From looking at the url, it seems that you have managed to align the icons in the CV section to the left. Should you need any additional help in the process, please submit a ticket at our support site – boldthemes.ticksy.com and our support team will be glad to assist you.

vox-populi/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php version 4.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.8.0,
Hi,
We will publish an update of the theme in next 48 hours with the updated WooCommerce template versions.

Thank you!
Hi, is there an option for the posts in homepage to have the image to the left instead of the top (so that the section is not so long)? https://glassandcoffee.gr/
Hi,
Thanks for the purchase.
The best option in our opinion is to set 4 columns on the latest posts page element – that way you will preserve the nice looking single post card and reduce the space taken.

My website with this theme is full of errors now, please help!
http://stoshjboyle.us/wp-admin/Hi,
As you can see these files are WP core files, not theme files, e.g. /home1/stoshjbo/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php
It is possible that your hosting provider has updated php version (without updating WordPress).
Please update WordPress, theme and all plugins to latest versions.
I just updated my php version in cPanel to 7.4 but as you can see from my link above (the page I use to log into WordPress), I can’t even log into my WordPress installation in order to update WordPress to the latest version. Should I try to use FTP to upgrade WordPress manually by copy > replace all the core WordPress files within my FTP, but preserve the Vox Populi theme files on my FTP site?
Yes, you can try that, but also your hosting support might be able to help.
Your twitter widget is now obsolete. Do you have any fixes?

Hello. I love this theme! It’s great for my needs—but I’m struggling with updating the logo on the home page, I imported demo content and Home2 for the homepage. The theme will display a more square version of my logo, but when I try to switch it to the horizontal version, it just reverts to showing the page’s title. Other square images work fine. Any idea what’s going on? The square logo is really not ideal for that space.
Hi,
Thanks for the purchase.
Related to the logo, here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have logo related override set on the home page, and it points to non existing file. Please remove all logo related entries from Override Global Settings on the pages with the issue.
Should you need additional assistance in the process, please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and our support team will be glad to assist you.

This worked, thanks! For some reason the horizontal version wouldn’t work even when I used it as an override, but with no override set, it did work. Weird! Thanks for your help. Could you also let me know how specifically to add custom css to an element in your builder, or if that information can be found somewhere? I see in your documentation some brief instructions, but those didn’t work for me. I’m trying to center an img. I go to “custom css” on the relevant page, and enter:
img.center { margin: auto; width: 75%; padding-left: 20px; }
Then I go to the img element, and the “custom” tab, and in “extra class name(s)” I type “center” which doesn’t seem to be right. Could you let me know how to get this right? I can achieve my desire result by applying the image class of “center” to the image tag in developer tools, but not in your builder yet.
Still love this theme, thank you so much!
Hi,
The page specific Custom CSS panel and the global Additional CSS panel in Appearance > Customize should work without issues. You can inspect your page with your browser css inspector and check if the center css class and the respective custom css statements are present in the code.
Should you need additional assistance, please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ with the site url, wp-admin credentials and the url of the page with the issue and our support team will be glad to assist you.

I added the css, which works great. It’s just getting my custom class to now apply to the image so it links up with the added css. I submitted a ticket with pictures!
This support system is very bad. I bought the theme a year ago, I never avail the support of any sort of form and need to pay 50$ for a simple question that would take a minute for the developer to answer. That’s very disappointing as I like the theme a lot…
Hi,
Please note that the support terms are defined on the level of entire Envato market (ThemeForest) – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support and they are universal for all themes and plugins on the market.
Thanks for understanding.
if you have a simple question, please post it here and we will try to assist you.

We are leaning on this theme as a purchase. However, is it possible to use our own icons or a different set of icons like font awesome?
Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
Vox Populi already contains a number of icon sets – this includes Font Awesome 5 regular, solid and brands, Icon7Stroke and several our custom sets. You can add your own icons in the form of font (it requires a slight theme code modification, but it can be done fairly easily).
