Once again, a new update has come, and I was unable to install the update. I messaged the support and all I got was that I am using the wrong file. Sent them the screenshot, and now it’s the server issue and I have to install it through FTP. I was able to install the update through a nulled plugin through a different site. I don’t want to make a video as it will take me a long time, but I have never been able to install your file.

I’ve owned a couple of Houzez licenses for a long time now and it’s a pretty good theme! However, there are a few small issues that I believe your technical team should take care of immediately.

Initially, the biggest problem is that the Forms in the Houzez theme are attracting tons of Spam everyday despite Google reCaptcha v3 installed and working. Therefore, the first thing that you guys should do is provide the “Honeypot” option in your forms that comes with Elementor Pro. Currently, the “Honeypot” is one of the best way to combat Spam Bots and and it would be a great inclusion in the Houzez Forms.

In the absence of a proper & effective Spam combat tool, Houzez Forms are helpless against the Spam, and Houzez license owners are inundated with hundreds of Spam emails landing in their inbox every day via the Houzez Forms. Therefore, please provide the “Honeypot” option in the Elementor Forms at the earliest possible or at least any other effective tool to combat Spam coming via Houzez Forms.
