I have a lot of problems with your product. After and update of elementor my site collapse. Your FTP access not working. I see you customize theme se asset folder twice.
Theme update is a regular process all theme user follow these step to update theme without any issue. But if you change theme core file then in update it will lost.

Hi, in assets are customized css work like colors or the loading gif for example. In the second asset folder wich have a underscort its the old version.
In others products, the update process justs appears like and plugins update, i never had to delete my themes or uploads files again, actually, each time than i try your process i lost work like styles, translations and another works, its make a harder process.

If you edit theme core file like CSS and PHP file then it will lost otherwise it will not lost.
For customization use Child theme. Language file store another location.
When theme update it only update the default core files not others file like child theme or language file?
All update theme using Envato API.

Hello. I have an issue with line space on mobile. Somehow the site looks good on Desktop monitor but on mobile all line spaces are removed and all content is without line spaces. Can I suggest that you add some instructions to the documentation about activation on a dev site before moving to a live site. It is very common for developers to get everything working as required before migrating to a live site.
If you want a example of a setup that is really good. Look at WPML. You can manage your activation’s and you can even have dev activation’s that add a banner to your dev site (hence not to be used live).
