Please note that the images which come with demo import are not licensed for third party production use.

They come only as a sample content. If you wish to use them for the final site, you need to license them separately on Shutterstock.

All the theme options can be found in Appearance > Customize panel, so it is normal that you do not have a separate “theme options” section.

Please refer to the theme documentation for the theme update procedure – section 3.11 Update theme – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/cliniq/theme-customization/

Alternatively, you can use the Envato market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ and update your ThemeForest based themes directly from WP dashboard.

Please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ with the annotated screenshot of the issue – the background image parallax behavior looks consistent in all the browsers from our side, but maybe we are missing something.

Keep in mind that, if you set such aggressive parallax parameters, your image aspect ratio needs to be significantly in favor of the image height comparing to the containing section aspect ratio so that all vertical scroll positions are covered with some portion of the image.

Also, please make sure to leave the wp-admin credentials as well, so that our support can take a closer look at the current setup and they will be glad to assist you.

Hi, it looks like iqonic-extenstion plugin is using the same CSS vars as our theme. You can try to disable that plugin and see if that helps.

We are not sure are you referring to the menu or the widgets, but anyhow:

1. the menu – go to Appearance > Menus in your wp-admin panel and select primary menu.

2. widgets – go to Appearance > Widgets in your wp-admin panel and expand the respective header widget area – they contain all widget elements displayed above the primary menu or the the right of it.

You can not add another menu on the top of the existing one – the theme does not support that. But you can add various links and widgets in the header widget areas on Appearance > Widgets panel.

Once you switch your WP-admin to RTL based language, all single page elements, widgets and hader layout will switch as well in the imported demo.

You will need to drag and drop elements in individual rows according to your preference to change the horizontal orientation. Also if the horizontal alignment is set in some of the elements, you will need to change it.

You can use shapes and icons used on the demos freely without additional licensing.

Sure, you can use the slider revolution or the built in slider element instead of header image.

Please keep in mind that the slider revolution plugin does not come with the theme and you would need to acquire it separately. On the other hand, there is a built in slider element available and it comes with the theme.

While it is certainly possible to copy and paste sections from one site to another with bold builder, we do not recommend this between sites based on two different themes.

Themes usually have different general css (look and feel) and some of the page elements can be customized to fit the specific design and functionality. Because of this, page elements might look differently on the site with another theme.

On the other hand, copying and pasting the content between two different demos / sites based on the same theme would go without issues.

The creation of the one pager site is similar to creations of any other page on the site. The difference is in the anchor links in the main menu:

1. You need to assign the ids to the sections holding anchored content on your page. For example: topic1, topic2, topic3 (you can do that by editing the respective section or other desired page element and assigning the id on custom tab of element edit dialog)

2. Then, you should add the custom links to the menu which will as urls hold the links to content ids: #topic1, #topic2, #topic3 etc respectively.
