Hello, I am interested in your theme but I would like to ask a question before buying.
With my structure I only take weekly bookings, from Saturday to Saturday. So a guest can book a minimum of 1 week, but must check in on Saturday and check out on Saturday.
I therefore need to block the check-in and check-out dates on the various calendars on the site that the customer can query. It can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 1 week.
Can you do this with your theme?
I also wanted to ask if the whole front-end structure can be translated into a language other than English.

Thank you for contacting us. To answer your questions:
1. The theme do not have the setting to book by week. We have minimum/maximum days of booking, blocking days.
For booking system, you can use our built-in or WOO or on other sites like airbnb.com.
2. Yes, whole font-end structure can be translated to different languages by Polylang, WPML or other plugins.

But if, for example, I block every day of the week except every Saturday as I do on booking.com, can the guest in that case book the week by selecting from the site calendars from Saturday to Saturday?
For example:
Day 1 = Monday Day 2 = Tuesday Day 3 = Wednesday Day 4 = Thursday Day 5 = Friday Day 6 = Saturday Day 7 = Sunday Day 8 = Monday Day 9 = Tuesday Day 10 = Wednesday Day 11 = Thursday Day 12 = Friday Day 13 = Saturday Day 14 = Sunday

If you block the date between 6 and 13, you can not book check-in in day 6 and check-out in day 13.

Just to clarify the point 1. I tested on your demo, and I can select 2+ rooms of specific room type, but I did not see how to add a different room type to my reservation. For example, a group of 5 persons needs a double room standard, and a second room, a suite or a triple room for 3 persons. I could only select 2 double rooms, or 2 suites. In the search results, we get a list of available rooms, and I have to select one of them, and only then refer the number of rooms. There is no option to add another room to my reservation.

Hello, I still have overbooking cases since the system does not consider manual blocked dates on the calendar. This involves returning the money to the client and getting charged by Stripe or Paypal anyways. I have noticed when a client reserves at the end of the month through the beginning of the next month, there is always a mistake over the price. I was told there is an update coming soon, but this was 4 months ago. I am willing to pay again for the support, but please let me know when this update is going to happen. Thanks!

I purchased this theme months ago and have just gotten around to installing it. I have gone through the documentation and I see no way to activate any of the other demos other than Boutique Hotel. Documentation states I am entitled to lifetime updates and support, but I can’t even submit a ticket to ask about files. Can you help? I really want this theme to work. It’s beautiful. But out the gate, I’m already encountering that issue.

I cannot submit a ticket without paying to extend support for the theme though I’ve never used the theme before today. Before I decide to pay for additional support, I’d at least like the basic files to work so I can decide if it’s going to work for me. I’m not asking for anything new or extra yet. Hello, maybe I am dumb, but how do you actually make the ical sync with airbnb or booking? I thought Nuss theme would behave like a hub and we can sync Booking and Airbnb. When I create a reservation on website how does will block the dates on Airbnb calendar? The documentation is very poor within this topic and I have read some comments here that you said that the ical is read and write too.

Suppose customer call us and tell that check room available on specific date.
And if room is available then admin has to book room for customers. Then customers make payment.
So the main concern that is there any option that admin can book room from backend??

I just removed Woocommerce. Using a different payment option. No worries.
Is it possible to handle this simple booking case with your theme: define price per child age: children 0 – 6 years: 10 USD. children 7 – 12 years: 20 USD. To have diffrent prices per child age range is an very baisc but we did not see your theme/plugin can handle thius. Is that right? Why not? Do you plan to improve this situation soon?
The single room bedroom and bathroom can only set a number only. Where in the code can I change to show “1-2 beds” “1-2” bathrooms.
