Hello I have a few pre-sales questions.
Is there a dedicated e-mail address to ask more questions? I can’t use the Ticket System because I haven’t ordered a license for ListingPro yet. Should I only be asking questions here?
1. Is WooCommerce required to run ListingPro?
2. Will generally available plugins for payment gateways work or does ListingPro require or use only proprietary solutions?
3. Can I set additional fields in the category search engine? If the user selects a restaurant, I would like him to be able to select additional fields, eg. Payment by card, vegetarian dishes, or have a high chair for children. However, if the Museum chooses it, the options should be different, e.g. entrance for the disabled, cloakroom, parking lot. For Swimming Pools, it will be the number of slides, dry sauna, wet sauna, etc. Can I set different options for different venues / venues? The options “SORT BY”, “Most Reviewed”, “Most Viewed”, “Highest Rated” are definitely not enough.
4. Can different Additional Details be assigned to each type of place?
5. Is there a separate page for advanced search engine where we can give all search options?

2. In this article you can find the 10 payment gateways that are supported by ListingPro.

4. You can associate them. With all types of listings.

Is it possible to make a list of categories only with the text and the number of listings in that category
Somewhere here I saw mention of support for Gutenberg. Does this eliminate the need for Elementor and please list all paid plugins if any, are required to use you software?

The required pages will create when you will import the demo content. You can create pages without using theme as well but if you need to use the elements developed in theme then you need to use theme and Listingpro plugin

Hello everyone, I’ve been using your theme for a while and I absolutely love it! However, I have a question about how to use it: I have stored corresponding features in my entries, such as family-friendly, with or without pets, by the sea, etc. In live mode, however, I cannot filter with multiple features by elimination. It is filtered by the first feature and the results are displayed. If I activate a 2 feature, I get the same results and also more are displayed. I understand that the features have an and-option and not an if-then option. For example, filtering makes no sense if the same results are displayed for the “Adults-Only” and “Family-Friendly” features. What am I doing wrong? Maria

1. Multi-languages plugins such as WPML or qTranslateX are not officially tested. But many of our customers are using such plugins to offer multi-languages on their directory NOTE: We suggest you may want to consider the Google Translation plugin for WordPress as it will auto-translate your website in all the languages live with just a click of a button.
2. Multisite is a WordPress feature that allows creating a Network of sub-sites within a single WordPress installation but each sub-site will be under a separate sub-domain. So if you have purchased a domain name called MyDirectory.com and you are going to have multiple sub-domains such as sub1.MyDirectory.com, sub2.MyDirectory.com and so on, then you may purchase an only single license for one primary domain. You can add images with the listings which will display in gallery on top of the page at banner area also you can add images in description box using HTML

Yes, That verification is possible in theme. User will enter the email and User name while signup then an email carrying the password will sent to the email entered by user while signup. Then only verified users can be register on your site

The point is, when a new user clicks the sign-in button and signs in directly, the email goes. Whose email goes from WordPress name and email-id. Which should go with the name of my website and my email-id.
When I send a password reset link to a user from my dashboard, the link to my WordPress password reset goes to the user in an email.
When a new user writes an email and username to create a new account, the password does not go to the email so new users cannot log in.
Email should go from the name of my website and my mail id but it goes from wordpress id and name.
