Our site apparently is no longer working, I have read how to re-install, Elementor-theme-core, we delete it and go to the appearance section but it does not appear where we can install the plugin. Is there a way to obtain it because the site is not working? please help me. https://imtech.mx/

we just bought the theme a few of months,but in such short time ,the theme can’t be used any longer ! it can’t be edit any longer ,although we contact author ,but told the serve expire , we bought it just usd51 but now ,to extend the serve need to pay extra usd41.13. nearly equal to buy one complete new theme! can you please tell me why one theme has such short lifespan? just can be used for not more than 1 year? if we want to get your support ,then need to pay the same money for a complete new theme ? that mean ,we need to pay the money every year for this theme ? why the quality of theme is so poor? isn’t it a MUST to assure the theme can be used for a long time ? we are very very satisfied with so poor quality theme @

What is the version of the Elementor Theme core plugin you are using? version 1.5.5 or not.
Please backup data in your site and update the theme and this plugin:
- Go to Plugin tab -> deactivate and delete this plugin
- Go to Appearance -> install plugin and re install this plugin

Maybe you verify your license key for 1 other site.
With each license key, you only develop for 1 site online.
When you move your site to the new domain, please backup data in your site and use the Duplicator plugin.
you need logout in the old site: Facmaster tab -> Dashboard -> User and logout then reactivate the license key in the new site

No I have only downloaded this theme once. I do not see an area to logout. It is still asking for the purchase code under the Facmaster dashboard and when I enter it it says “server error”

I removed the footers that I don’t need.
I chose the footer that I want to be used in Footer section in Theme Options.
It is not displayed on the website.

to set up the footer for 1 page: You can choose 1 footer layout in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/LEUtZv8gwTf2 and Page Settings:https://prnt.sc/TUi-5mOpvDmx.
Page Settings will have the priority bigger with Theme Option. The page will be displayed with all settings in Page Settings.
If you perform a custom in Page Settings, your page will run with this set up and all set up in Theme Option will be invalid. If you don’t perform custom things, your site will run with all options in the Theme Option.

I see that you say that the theme is with added support for WPML, but the WPML support tells me that the widgets that we use on Elementor pages are Facmaster custom widgets and are not automatically translated by WPML automatic translation option.

Hi, your theme automatically generates Meta titles and Descriptions,. Where can i disable this? Im already using yoast to add those. I switched to 2020theme and the extra meta title / description is gone. So it must be somewhere in your theme
