hello. I have a few questions before purchasing as we already have the hotel master theme which this looks to be an upgrade from:
.1. Is the guest able to cancel or modify dates for their booking from the user dashboard?
2. Does the theme allow cancellation policy to be set so that if a guest cancels from user dasbhboard, the appropriate refund amound is returned to them?
3. Does this theme integrate with woocommerce so that once a user signs up we could add woocommerce loyalty points plugin with it? e.g. to entice return bookings, social media reccomendations etc.
4. Is it possible to edit the CSS / HTML email template for booking confirmation mails?

3. Our theme work with woocommerce and the booking system allow the woocommerce payment option, but I’m not sure about the third-party plugins.

You can use this plugin to duplicate posts : https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/ (do not forget to enable ‘Room’ post type in the plugin setting.
Alternatively, you can create a custom template via page builder and just drag and drop a custom template to in a new post’s page builder.

Hi, More questions. I am quite interested in your template but I want to make sure before I buy it. 1. How to show the days not available in the calendar of the “Check Availability” form. I have made a reservation with a registered user and the days continue to appear as available. 2. An availability calendar can be added at the bottom of “Single Room/Apartment”. As has Airbnb or Booking.com. In the previous message, you already told me that prices could not be set on calendar days, but would it be easy for us to implement it? 3. Do you indicate that deposits are not compatible with “Woocommerce Payments” but with other individual payment methods such as “Redsys”, deposits could be used? 4. You have a demo access to the backend to be able to test.

2. Honestly, it’s quite complex to do it.
3. We don’t have Redsys payment gateway in our plugin so if you want to using the deposit with Redsys, you need to integrate it separate.
4. We can’t share the backend access, sorry.

Hello and congrats for this nice theme. 1. I have a question regarding translation: In booking form, step two, there is a button called check out now, i cant translate that, even i tryied to find it in theme files, plugin files to translate it mannualy. Please point me where i can find that and also in the future updates you can solve this.
2.Also words adults and childrens from booking form steps are not translatable.
3. In booking system, when an user only book a room (booking only), fill the form, and reserve now, no paying involved it will receive an invoice after i confirm his reservation.. I dont want this to happen (no one payed yet), a simple email regarding his reservation its ok.

Hello, I am interested in your theme but I would like to ask a question before buying.
With my structure I only take weekly bookings, from Saturday to Saturday. So a guest can book a minimum of 1 week, but must check in on Saturday and check out on Saturday.
I therefore need to block the check-in and check-out dates on the various calendars on the site that the customer can query. It can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 1 week.
Can you do this with your theme?
I also wanted to ask if the whole front-end structure can be translated into a language other than English.

Unfortunately, this can’t be done as it’s too complex for the room booking.
However, per your requirement, I think you can consider our tour booking theme here : https://themeforest.net/item/travel-tour-travel-tour-management-system-wordpress-theme/19423474 I think it’s more suitable for tour booking in this case because you can specify the booking date and the fixed period for each tour(you may use tour post for your room instead).

2. For the report: I’m sorry but it’s not possible.
3. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to access the demo backoffice.
