That ID is used to accurately identify the member’s profile page.
The changeable slug is ”/channel/”, and change it by changing the channel page slug you created and set up earlier.

2/ You can set revenue share percentage, for example 70-30, 50-50, 60-40…
3/ Creators can also send withdrawal requests (converting points to cash) at rates and fees that you set.
4/ Of course, viewers need to buy points and use it to access those premium content. This is the revenue you and the creators receive.

There is a feature that calculates the number of views based on the time watching the video.
For example, a video is 100 minutes long, when the viewer has watched 80% (which is 80 minutes), that view will be counted.
However, this feature has not been released yet. Because it will come with a version related to some new hooks for myCred.

All posts will live until you delete it.
Roles are part of WordPress, and the video post submission form only supports it to categorize certain roles that have permission to submit video posts on your website.
If you need more complex customizations in your digital content business. You should create a ticket through the support tab, they will review and quote for you.

We are using only recommended plugins. It works well, but we are unable to find where this can be edited. As far as I know, this theme runs Theme Mylogin. There is no additional plugin installed, besides the plugins you recommend in tutorial, and it works well. Only need to find how to edit the email body.

Basically, just install the FFMPEG library to be able to use those features.
For example, it will be faster to fetch the thumbnail of a video of size 100MB (megabytes) than a video of size of 1024MB (1 gigabyte)...
It also depends on how many people upload at the same time….
The multimedia game is extremely expensive, to handle it as smoothly as Youtube, they have to invest in millions of dedicated servers located around the world.
If only to handle a few uploads at the same time and the amount of traffic is moderate, you only need a basic VPS with 2 CPU cores and 4GB Ram…
Of course, if you have a big community, investing in a server system and large bandwidth is definitely a must.

Yes i know because is a wordpress theme, and can have multie sub categories, but the theme need navigation to shows those categories and sub categories, dont know if you have that already in the demo site under one of the categories but i cant see yet.
That is very important for me to make my decision to buy or not, We need very good navigation system. I saw in the demo under or inside sidebar menu you show categories, but what about if the website have 15 categories ? Will be good an option to show more categories, and then a dedicated page just to show all the categories and a way to see sub categories, even on the sidebar menu a way to see sub categories options.
Will be good to if a video can have multi categories, in other word a video can have more than one category or sub category.
I try all the six categories that you have and after visit videos under each category no one shows a button or something to see or select sub category. Will be great if you add that option. Let me know for i can test again. Thanks remember for me is a plus or must, have a good navigation system, and that include categories page and sub categories options or navigation.

1 & 2/ No, videos with basic embedding do not have an API and cannot be controlled to use the Preview feature.
3/ Can help you with custom CSS code to disable those effects (loading). Or you can also disable the preview feature if it’s not needed. VidMov has that option.
4/ Depending on the location you can use PHP scripts to intervene. VidMov has a lot of hooks ( https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/hooks/ ) and can do it. Or customize via child theme.
5/ Available in full installation file, you just need to download and unzip to see the child theme in it.
That’s right, depending on the API processing time the preview shows up sooner or later. We use Ajax and Json technology to download the necessary data for the Preview feature. It will reduce the amount of HTML to download for optimization as well as better security for features like membership, prime video (data needs to be protected)
Of course, if you have a good server. Data processing will be faster.

I hope you can add some options when adding a new video For example, for embedded videos, please add an option to check “FHD or HD” and a box to enter the length of the video. Then when displaying the video list on the website, it will display the video quality and video duration on the thumbnail, so that viewers have more information about the video as they scroll through.
