The portfolio in Archub template is only linked with the posts and not the project. - When i import the pre-built, there are some words display with strikethrough. Thanks for your help fixing issues with the initial demo install and a few glitches since – really is working well. I’d like to see a little more guidance for the liquid parallax controls in elementor, and also can the parallax be made to work on mobile? I can worry about speed and optimisation at my own risk, but really do need parallax on mobile devices, even if i dumb them down a little.

I purchased two licenses with the intent of having two separate demos using two separate subdomains (same domain), I cannot activate the second license and additionally, the import demo fails. Wizard fo through all the whole process and says it was successfull but no content was imported. Submitted a ticket awaiting an answer

Same question from TheDropMarket, how can i deactivate the license. I’m planning to buy Hub Theme as well, so i can decide what’s theme should i use on each sites i own. that’s why i want to know that.
There is no need to deactivate a license, feel free to activate again on the same domain. If you need to change the domain – please let us know.
How can we deactivate our license to apply to another production site? We only used it for a test site and theres no obvious way to deactivate? Why is this such a difficult thing to do?
We had to purchase another license because you dont have an efficient way to deactivate, and the second license doesn’t show up in the Liquid Portal?? This is holding up our process!! This needs to be addressed!

It seems as though the second license has showed up now. It took a while to populate i guess, but atleast thats solved. Deactivation process is still not clear, so could you guys shed some light on that?
Hi there, you don’t need to deactivate the license. You have unlimited activations on that particular domains.
What does that even mean? “That particular domains.” The point to a theme deactivation is in case we want to use our license on another site! Installs aren’t always a good fit, sometimes you have to scrap the project and use another theme, therefore a DEACTIVATION process is needed in order to use the theme elsewhere if need be. So what exactly is your point?
Customer support is absolutely TERRIBLE. The worst we’ve encountered on Envato. For two weeks we’ve been trying to get a simple request through to your support team. We need to DEACTIVATE one of our licenses ( purchase codes). Every other author on Envato provides a simple user friendly way for customers/designers to do this!!! What are you people doing here? You don’t respond to customers, you don’t explain things or provide help?? We need this resolved now!! We’ve already got a ticket in your system! Use it!

The issue was not about the “same” domain. It was an issue of not having control over how to deactivate the theme when / after using for testing site. Thanks for getting to the issue. Most appreciated.

I purchase this theme and follow the steps to import demo, it shows me all good but nothing happened, when i check site there is not data, also I have only 1 site license i try on a domain for testing now it’s not allow me to remove that to use on production site.

Well, you can see I went ahead and purchased the theme….and I figured out how to get going with my existing Elementor Pro license, so question above has been answered.
I successfully imported the “Interior Studio” demo, and am finding that certain aspects of the CSS are different from the demo that you published on your site. For example, the comments block…. and I don’t see a way to edit the single post template or comments block anywhere . . . is there a way to do that? And if so, could you please add that to your docs, because I don’t see it explained anywhere either.
If it’s easier, I will open a ticket and provide screenshots, let me know please.

Single posts are being edited exact the way as pages, with that said contains some layout options on the post settings.
Feel free to submit a ticket, it would be easier to post the screenshots, too.

actually, thinking it through, probably doesn’t need a ticket—i don’t think it’s a bug, just a lack of documentation. the parts of the single post that i would like to edit do not seem to be accessible via the theme customization settings, nor is there an elementor template for the underlying single page (there are no single page templates in the Elementor theme builder, which is what I expected). How would you, for example, change the padding between the bottom of the post content and section that contains the social icons? That’s just one example….

I purchased a second license of Arc Hub yesterday and it’s still not showing in my dashboard even after resyncing with Envato. I can’t activate it and can’t work. I really dislike your new licensing process. You should have worked out the issues before implementing it. It has cost me many hours of work time. The theme is great, but this sucks.

Hi! Any idea why I can’t import any blocks from ArcHub collections anymore? It just says “templates_request_error – Not found”. Tried to install the arch core plugin again, disabled all the 3rd party plugins and so on, but the problems is still there.
