I purchased this theme and it is working on a subdomain, what should I do if I want to move it to another domain?any problem with purchase code

The regular license covers one theme installation for one purchase code. Therefore, if you used the purchase code on one installation, you need to deregister it first in order to use it on another installation.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article.

Is not normal to have 24 hours with a ticket open on your platform and nothing happens. I have the same issue with the product image on the simple product page. You said

The product detail page has an error and I can’t fix it

Hi I need some help please, I’ve just installed the theme and imported all the demo content but the image gallery on the single product pages is not displaying correctly. All the images show as a single line on the left, no featured image or format is the same as the demo.

No customer support available, when you try to submit a ticket you get get an authentication error and ur ticket is not registered for support. The template is very buggy and breaks the widget tab feature on wordpress. Do not buy this template unless you are burning your money.

I have just bought this theme but its not working correctly, when the Lucent Core plugin and WooCommerce are activated together it causes a ciritcal error on the widgets page and does not allow me to enter it. All other plugins are disabled and I have tried it with multiple themes and found that only when these two plugins are activated together it causes the error, Please can you help.

Hello! Please tell me, after purchasing the theme, can I use the theme on the local hosting of my computer without a key? I want to set up everything on my computer on local hosting and then upload the finished site to public hosting and only activate the key there. Or will it be possible to untie the key from local hosting in order to activate it on the Internet? Please explain how it works so I don’t lose the key)

You can use the theme on local installation but please note that it is necessary to deregister the theme before uninstalling.
