No customer support available, when you try to submit a ticket you get get an authentication error and ur ticket is not registered for support. The template is very buggy and breaks the widget tab feature on wordpress. Do not buy this template unless you are burning your money.

I have just bought this theme but its not working correctly, when the Lucent Core plugin and WooCommerce are activated together it causes a ciritcal error on the widgets page and does not allow me to enter it. All other plugins are disabled and I have tried it with multiple themes and found that only when these two plugins are activated together it causes the error, Please can you help.

Hello! Please tell me, after purchasing the theme, can I use the theme on the local hosting of my computer without a key? I want to set up everything on my computer on local hosting and then upload the finished site to public hosting and only activate the key there. Or will it be possible to untie the key from local hosting in order to activate it on the Internet? Please explain how it works so I don’t lose the key)

You can use the theme on local installation but please note that it is necessary to deregister the theme before uninstalling. You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center.

hello, about the store locator, can I choose from neighbourhood instead of country? If I work with WPML with 7 different languages, can I out 7 different store locators filterable by neighbourhood?

You can easily edit Stores Locations, Stores Categories and Lucent Stores. Locations don’t necessarily need to be countries, they can also be neighborhoods (please see screenshot). For more detailed overview of theme options please check the documentation in this link.

I am looking for a new theme for my lighting store and this is the best candidate so far. Just one pre-purchase question, lighting is very technical and would you consider in the future to add functionality that allows to add PDF specs on product page which clients can download or view? It’s tab name can be downloads and you can put it between Addidtional Information and Reviews tabs. I know this can be done by a separate plugin but it would be nice to have it as part of a theme.

hi guys, i purchased theme yesterday and found something i need support , but when i log in to your supoort website i found error says “Requested by the server has been blocked” and the tools bar was hinding under the error, so i cant submit the ticket.

This could be caused by some extension in your browser so please try submitting ticket in incognito window. Also please try clearing your browser cache and try once more.
To disable pop-up please navigate to Lucent Core Options -> Subscribe Popup and set “Enable Subscribe Popup” to “No”. Also, please check if the “Enable Subscribe Popup” option is set to Yes in Subscribe Popup Settings on the individual pages ( please see screenshot ). Settings on individual pages will override ones in Lucent Core Options.
