To make the mega menu work, you need to create multi level categories first, then choose the style for the categories.http://prntscr.com/1vofcqn, http://prntscr.com/1vofefx
Please note that collection name for layout must be the same as the menu item name.
We have a very detailed instruction in the user guide. Hope that you can follow the step by step instruction.
If you still have this issue, please give us a chance to verify with you, even if you want a refund from us, you also need to provide details information about theme problems and let our technical team check deeply because the problem can be from apps, from wrong settings… without from theme itself, if there is theme issue, we will fix and update immediately. Hi, In product page, Is there any option to show the saved amount on sale price. Currently there is showing the 10%, 20% on badge, but I want to show the saved amount instead of percentage.

We will give you 3 options:
1/ If you just want to disable auto selected the first variant on Product page (only) => We will help you.
2/ If you just want to disable auto selected the first variant on the whole site (including Product page, Product card/Category page, Collection page, quickview), we will charge custom fee for this work.

Yes, RTL version of Ella is not updated to the newest version, we are building on new theme update and will build RTL from that theme source again.
