I’m a big fan of Crocal and have been working with the theme for some client websites since it came out. Today I wanted to set the very useful link mode of a portfolio item to “none” on a new website (WordPress 6.1.1, Crocal version: 2.0.8, PHP 8.0), but the setting doesn’t take effect. Since the site is currently under development, it is still running entirely without caching and other measures that might have an impact on functionality. Does anyone have an idea why the link mode “none” does not take effect.
Solved. The error was with me. I overlooked a presetting. And for all those who are still hesitant to buy a license, I buy licenses from Euthemians since 2016, have already made very good experiences with four themes and work super happy with Crocal.

I have checked the settings. Tried deactivating plugins. Tried removing custom CSS, JS and Functions. Still no bar (have been clearing cache and trying in Incognito mode) – still no luck?
As far as I can see in your website’s generated code, the bar’s needed code is missing. However, since I cannot reproduce this on our end, it is impossible to know what is wrong with your installation.

Have the child theme file changed since version 1.0.8 (footer and header)? Could this be the issue?
The child theme is yours; it has nothing to do with the theme code. Please remove your child theme and any other custom code you use and check again. If you need any further assistance, please use our Support System. Many thanks for considering my request.

Found the issue – Our child theme had an override for the Footer.php – This file had been updated in the new parent theme and needed updating in the child theme. Thanks James

Hello! I have a website that is going to change domain, and I need to deactivate the license in this domain to activate it in the new one. How do I do it? I have tried to do it through hub.euthemians.com but it shows that I do not have any license, that cannot be because I have at least 7 websites in which I have used Crocal. Can you help me? If you use the theme as it comes, there is nothing to worry about. Even if you have made any customisations properly (custom CSS, child theme), the theme update will not cause any problem. In general, this process has nothing to do with the theme itself. Hi. I have been using your theme for a couple of years now and I LOVE it! But one small problem came up. My client opened a TikTok account and I went to add it in the social media theme settings, but discovered there was no TikTok option there! Your theme is beautiful and I may be considering taking over a license for a new project. On the other hand, I would need to integrate elements such as html code, shortcode… into the header and be able to modify the elements of the header depending on screens (desktop, tablet, mobile). At the moment the options are quite limited. Do you think in a future update to allow the creation of the header directly with WpBakery (as is currently the case with the footers in the “Area item” part)? That would be wonderful!

Unfortunately, it’s not something in our plans regarding your header request. However, I think that it’s easy for someone with basic code skills to override the header using the Crocal child theme.

Thank you very much. You could mention in your documentation that once plugins are merged into extras.js, cache plugin (at least WP Rocket), will include them both (extras + each plugin), so double load them. Maybe I’m wrong though, but I believe this is the case. Also describing the purpose of each plugin in the documentation would help users identify which scripts should be excluded from js. delay and which are OK to be postponed until interaction (WP Rocket options), as this greatly impact performance and stability.

Where is product mode? I need the woocommerce products to be masonary but I can’t find where i can set product mode. It just says it exists in the directions but not where it is. I can’t find it anywhere. thank you!

Hi, my support has ended so i can’t log a ticket but my client has recently let me know that the video isnt playing on iphone XR with software version 14.6. I have tried numerous video formats but no luck. I am using the video feature element HTML 5 and have included WebM, MP4 and OGV all exported using handbrake.

Does it have the same Header options as Zuperla? We need the small header strip above the menu for contact details. And does it also have a Mega menu built in?
