I love your theme. So far so good 
How do I change the background images of the film showcase? I tried the background settings within the page but the image simply does not change when I upload a new one there, so I am thinking I am probably in the wrong spot. The help center did not help. Any help would be appreciated!
And please don’t tell me to use your support system. I signed up but never received the email to confirm registration, with no way of resending the email (it’s not in spam). It’s rather annoying (sorry)

Hi, the marketing page for Pelicula says that it comes with a license for Revolution Slider. In my documentation, the file for the Revolution license does not have a purchase code. How do I go about licensing Revolution Slider?

1) In the “Preview” site, there are example like Highlight Slider or Carousel Showcase (https://pelicula.qodeinteractive.com/carousel-showcase/) where thumbnails slide, then you click, and a video lightbox appears. Looks amazing, right? Not when you can’t change anything. When you look at the template, under the “Navigator,” all you get is “Portfolio List.” Then, you can’t change anything inside of it, rendering the template useless. (It seems you have to pay for a Elementor Pro subscription, which is not mentioned before you buy this.)
2) In the various Galleries, it’s the same thing in every template; whether it’s a rows of 2, 3, 4, etc. where can you adjust the images and text over the images? All we get, again, is the locked “gallery” files where you can’t change anything. Even if we wanted to just open an image… how do we change the link from the thumbnail in the demo and how do we change the into/title on that thumbnail? Where did those galleries come from?
3) Big picture—how/where do we adjust the galleries that sit inside of the columns? I’ve looked through this guide and I can’t seem to anything; https://pelicula.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/#documenter_cover
4) If we can’t adjust these video or still galleries in the templates without paying extra for Elementor Pro… how can we go about getting a refund? (Sorry, I’ve spent four days trying to figure these questions out and I think these basic things aren’t possible and it’s beyond frustrating, sorry.)
(I have the six months of support, filed a claim but I didn’t know if this was faster or if anyone else figure-out these issues.)

All of the features displayed in the demo can be achieved with free Elementor version and it is not necessary to use Elementor Pro.
Please note that for portfolio list/sliders it’s necessary to adjust images and titles(text) inside portfolio single options. You can find more information in this link.

Thanks for your Theme, we’re using it on our website and we really like it! Unfortunately there is currently a bug. On all of our portfolio-pages the video preview picture is cut by the header-picture. We can’t see the video preview picture. You can check it out on our website: https://redwolfpictures.de/p/g-wagon/ We realized, this bug is not happening on all browsers. The website is working on chrome, but not on firefox, internet explorer or opera (mini). It’s also not working on smartphones.
It would be great, if you could help us fixing that bug on your Theme. Thanks for your work!

We’ve found that you are running the latest theme version, but your Pelicula Core plugin is not up to date. Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins, hit ‘Update’ under the Pelicula Core and wait a bit. The latest version is 1.1.1. Also, please update Qode Framework plugin.

Hi, I’ve purchased the theme and running some significant issues will editing and the site page just disappearing. The hosting provider had limits in changing the server criteria that the theme requires. They can not change the System Information section for PHP Max Input Vars from 1000 to 5000, and the PHP Post Max Size set to 128M and adjust the value to 256. After refreshing the page breaks the page and a message shows up, “This site can’t be reached .”.

I installed your theme but in the meantime, I changed hosting. Now, when installing the theme in the new hosting, this message appears: “This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.” Can you reset/ deregister the purchase code please?
I deleted the entire WP installation. The other web hosting doesn’t exist anymore and I still can’t put the Purchase Code… This should be easier, it doesn’t make any sense

How do I remove the line-through on the navigation menu? I created a page where some of the navigation is anchored to different section on a single page. It causes the navigation links to appear with line-through all the time, I want to remove that.

You will be able to change the colors of theme to adjust it the way you want. You will be able to change some colors through theme options, some through elements settings and for some you will have to use some custom CSS code.

I have the problem that the page title is always displayed twice. Firstly in the header and secondly directly above the content. I found an option under “Pelicula Core Option” titled “Page Title In Grid”. However, this function has no effect, neither if I turn it off or on. Do I need to turn something else on or off to get the second track (h2) removed?

Hello, I have PELICULA and am working with the Parallax Showcase. Love it, but when I place my own slides in the Revolution Slider, it always shows a flash of the original first slide. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get rid of, but it’s still there. I even deleted the original file from my media library, but it still flashes before the first slide fades in. How can I get rid of this???

1. You can enable pagination in portfolio list settings in “Additional” tab (please see screenshot).
2. Portfolio list can be ordered by title as shown in screenshot.
3. You can add “Info Items” on portfolio single pages (please see screenshot), and you can also edit description section using Elementor. In case you set portfolio single type to “Custom” you can edit the whole portfolio single page using Elementor.

Great! Downloaded the free version and tested the portfolio pages. It works well. I can set the pagination and display list ordered by title. However, found a bug on the Prev / Next link at the bottom of single item page. The Prev / Next links are not synced with the order of title but still by date. This feature is required in my new project.
Is it easy to fix this problem?

The Prev / Next navigation on portfolio single pages will always go to previously or next published post. This is the default behavior and to change this you will need to edit our theme files.

How do I even get item support? I can’t submit a ticket after purchasing this theme!
Your submit a ticket page won’t let me choose Pelicula as a drop down item. I just bought this theme and want to get rid of the strikethrpough effect on live links. How do I do that? How do I get in contact with support and with the author?
