I am interested in buying Ella for Shopify International eCommerce. My DropShippers are in different Counties and the Customers will be in different Counties.
Depending on the Customer’s Country and Products Chosen, I would like the Language, Currency, DropShip Partner, and Customs + Levies to change. Is this possible?
Also, how to calculate Customs Duty + Levies depending on Dropshipping Location to Customers Location?

- Different countdown for each of product and
- The same countdown which will be applied for all of products

Hello, i just purchased this theme. and when trying to add licence key it is saying: 404 – “{\error\ sale belonging to the current user found with that code\”}” A purchase code (license) is only valid for One Domain. Are you using this theme on a new domain? Purchase a new license here to get a new purchase code.

Images used and included in this theme are for demo purpose only, NON-COMMERCE PURPOSE. They are not a part of the theme and NOT included in the final purchase files.
So you cannot import them into stores.

Theme editor allows you to edit theme without coding skill, just set up sections, upload banners, choose collection to show products, change colors, fonts…

=> Both Halo or Ella are working well, but we are not clear much about the function you want to make sure it is available in theme, can you please explain more?

=> Ella and Halo have 2 different design trends. With Ella source, if we have to cover all design of Halo, it will be heavy. Design in Halo is a must have which modern websites needed while Ella tends to medium and easy to use.
what interests me is
1 managing a megamenu, even from mobile.
2 each product will have THREE VARIANTS, the variants must have swatch images
3 in the product catalogue, there must be the possibility to filter the subjects according to colours. Colours that are defined in the products via TAGS.
1: Halo offer separate mobile menu which is set up different from PC, Ella is in the process of version 6.0 and will be released soon which will have mobile menu too
2: Yes, both theme works with this
3: Both themes support Filter by tags and dynamic filter. You can choose one of them to use

Is it possible on the collections page to have the sidebar filter by both tags and dynamic filtering? or at least add some basic options to it?
We want to create filters by tags, but it would be nice at a minimum to also have “Availability (in-stock/ out-of-stock)”
It would also be nice to have the filter by tags/dynamic filtering option on the “search” template sidebar as well.

We regret that we cannot find the solution to use both Filter by tags and Dynamic filter by Shopify at the same time. You just can choose 1 of 2 options: Filter by Tag Or Dynamic Filter (Not combine both of them).
- It is impossible to create filter by tags on Search page except Dynamic filter (compatible with Ella up to 5.0.9 version)

1) Do your template have any “pre order” feature? 2) What is change log in case of update from 1 July 2022? On your web is only information about changelog from march 3) Do your template have option to little modification in header – I mean like in printscreen in attachment – change position logo and search bar (logo in center, search bar to the left)?

1: Yes, our theme support Pre-Order function 2: We fixed header issue only and update banner for sale event of ella 3: Not yet ready, theme offers many header styles but you will use them with their default design and this will be updated soon in new version

Please help us to click the mega menu setting in header or navigation on the left hand side to see the settings of mega menu layout on the right hand side. You will see the option to fill collection name on menu for the layout you want. We will send you instruction via ticket
