How can I update from gecko-2-0-6 to the most recent?
Unfortunately theme version 2.x and the Gecko version 5.x are 2 different themes (the theme core is different and the Gecko 5 has a much more optimized core) so you cannot update the Gecko theme from version 2.x to 5.x, you have to configure the Gecko version 5 from the beginning. Thank you!
I have found from live preview that on mobile view, currency converted to EGP then it back to USD again while loading. this problem doesn’t happened on desktop view.

I’m not able to create product or collection templates. Is Gecko 5 not like Kalles? Is it not Shopify 2.0 optimised?
Hi, currently Gecko theme does not support 2.0. We have a plan and it will be updated this year.
Can you tell me what was used to add the 3 images in the description area tab of the demo on the product page (example: https://gecko5.myshopify.com/collections/clothing/products/blue-cotton-leggings). I cant find any info in the documentation on how to achieve this. Thanks!

This theme currently does not support 2.0 but you can use in conjunction with EComposer page builder app: https://apps.shopify.com/ecomposer It will meet all your requirements for Shopify 2.0 and we have parter plan with that app so after buying the theme you can use the paid plan for free. Hi, I am trying to add the option for buyers to add accessories on the product page. I need it to say the price value in the dropdown, and then if they add that product in addition to the main product, it will update the price and add it to the cart…for example doll $20….option doll cart + $10 = $30 and then for it to show up as purchase ” doll + doll cart ” in the cart, and on the backend. Thanks.

Hey I updated the theme following your documentation, everything is working fine just one error is there: While scrolling the collection page, the URL changes to ?page=2, ?page=3, and so on. This creates a duplication of a content issues for the Google bot. In 5.3 there was no change in the URL and we would like to get that back in the updated theme. We will appreciate it if you could help us with this.

Thanks for the prompt reply. How do we bulk edit metafields in gecko? The current way of doing it is tedious, and Shop 2.0 allows editing metafields directly on product page.
