when i was buy your shopify thme is good but i think it is same like shopify i can not install demo import why it doesnt work dont send to me demo import link i read and again it doesn’t work

When will there be updates, i have wait for a long time

Hello, theme looks nice. Question about filter. (1) Below are two illustrations for collapsible filters: (a) https://gifyu.com/image/SNXwr (b) https://gifyu.com/image/SNXKf

Might be a newb question, I can set filter like “(a)” in Drupal, but can I set the filter in this theme be like “(a)” which is preferred, or at least “(b)”?

(2) Based on your live preview, the “products” webpage is “instantly refreshed” upon visitor selects any single one filtering option. So if visitor wants to select 3 filtering options, the webpage will be refreshed 3 times. Can the visitor select every filter options that he/she wants -> hit “filter” button -> then webpage is refreshed with all the filter options applied? i.e. the webpage is refreshed just once

(3) ETA for the version supporting WP v6.x? Thanks!

I use kalles for shopify and would like to try it on wordpress. How similar are they? Can I purchase and see how it works before registering the activation code (I have 2 wordpress, 1 is already functional, the other one is built. I would like to try it on the functional first before deciding whether to purchase a second license.)

Hello, it’s been 3 months since Kalles woowommerce hasn’t been updated, and yet it was promising at the start. When will there be updates?

We bought the theme but we can’t use it, we installed the license for another domain (trial purposes), but the domain we were going to actually use was also inactive. Can we change the domain license we use?

Hey guys did you by any chance remove the permanant sidebar / filter system in the themes newest update ? we seem to have lost this feature ? We need to have this feature availabe as our shop is using that and we cannot use the drop down filter option! thanks in advance.

Where to begin. This has to be one of the best themes for woocommerce on the market. Out of the box it has features that I had to use Beeketing for. And since Beeketing discontinued all suppport, that means that it breaks sites. This Theme Is perfect, lightweight and super fast. I had a couple issues and this developer helped me out within a day. Thank you for this amazing theme and amazing support.

i have questions:

1) We are using your theme, it is sooo cool (My client “ivaneberidze” purchase it). I setup and everything is perfect, but – We have WHITE logo, please see our home page (https://www.woyoyo.com/) this is so cool, but when you open any inner page, due to header is white, logo is invisibe (white header + white logo). How can we use another/black logo for inner page? How is it possible? Can you give us some tutorial?

2) We want to use Gift Card plugins for selling gift cards. Can you recommended any free or paid gift card plugins for your cool theme?

3) We have some Out of Stock products – when you turn on some fake numbers of stock feature it shows that – Our product really is 0, but in stock is for example 10 products

Any ideas to control fake stock feature per products?

for every issue in the theme you ask the user to open a ticket on https://support.the4.co/ you dont give any support here on the comments like many other theme authors give

I’m one of the first buyer of this theme and even after 5 months of purchase all the demos that were shown on themeforest as theme demos are not ready whats the use of free 6 months support

there will be surely many bugs in new demos and support wowuld be needed

looking at this that iam a regualr user of wordpress the author promised me free 6months extension of the support and now when iam asking for it they are denying to add it

and after the support ends the i wont be able to create any ticket on the support website of this theme

atleast give what you have promised

I am not raising a ticket for this because its not a problem

But strangely i couldn’t find a setting to customise color and style of product details and price
