Theme doesn’t support integration with WP Bakery plugin. I tried to find all ways, permitions..but not possible. It gives realtime editing interface but in this them I’m locked to the classic editör. Plugin support is awfull, they even don’t let to create a ticket. The page to give access to Envato account also doesn’t work

If we understand correctly you want to use front-end editor? This is disabled by default in our themes, however, you can enable it by following instructions from this article.

It’s been almost a year since the last update of this theme. Will there be any update any time soon? Right now we are getting some JS error at /assets/js/modules.min.js which making a lower test score result of our website.

This is most likely if you are using some cache plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins ( Sagen Core, WPBakery, Slider Revolution, Image Map Pro…) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

Current version of the theme is compatible with latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP 8.2.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add real estate listing feature through theme options.

Great theme! I have customized it and loving it. One thing, when I send the link to our website it includes our feature image but also the Sagen Property Theme image too. I’ve added feature images to all published pages, but still the Sagen Property Theme is included in the preview when sharing the web address via text message.

This section is created using the Slider Revolution plugin which is included as a bundled plugin with the theme. This plugin allows hiding/showing certain sliders on different devices and here some hotspots are hidden intentionally on mobile due to limited space.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

I am update to date with the 1.2 version.. however Wordpress has updated alot since you last update in April… plus we are on PHP 8.0 which has changed things too…

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve also updated Sagen Core plugin to the latest version.
The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so you can use the theme on latest version of WordPress.
Also, compatibility with PHP8 was added in the latest update.
