I just updated to the latest version and it killed the website. It’s also telling me I can’t update the skin because I’m not using the latest version of the theme, but I am. So is my child theme unusable now? Please help!

At this point, almost everything is broken. I don’t think I should have to renew my license to fix what’s broken with this update. There is not even a header anymore, and all the supposed header layouts are empty. Possibly because I’m using WP Bakery instead of Elementor. I don’t think I should be punished because my entire site is already set up in WP Bakery.

Theme version 2.0.0 is built using NEW page builder, that is why all old shortcodes ([trx_section], [trx_chat], [trx_columns], etc.) WILL NOT work anymore. You should reassemble all existing content through the Elementor page builder. In case you prefer WPBakery Page Builder, the set of shortcodes will be limited to default WPBakery Page Builder’s shortcodes.
Please submit a Pre-sale ticket, support lisence is not required in this case.

We recently updated our WordPress installation to the latest version, and since then we’re experiencing compatibility issues with WPBakery Page Builder (version 7.7.2).
The notice we’re seeing is:
“Compatibility issues – Keep only one similar plugin activated.”
We have checked our plugins, and as far as we can see, there isn’t any other active page builder or similar plugin that should cause this conflict.

Starting from version 2.0, there is a major theme update and migration to Elementor page builder. If you choose to update the template, you need to set up the website again and re-build the content using Elementor. I have changed the fonts for the theme under your theme settings interface to Lato in your dropdown selection. I have saved. I have cleared cache. No change of the font is recognized. It is still Cabin font.

Hi! Not sure what’s going on, but the Support system has shut me out stating my license is no longer valid, which is clearly a mistake. I have followed the protocol to ensure that the correct license # is being used and it is. I haven’t used the license to build any other site or any additional instances of the site that I’m using it for now. Additionally, I received an email today from Leo Welch Rex stating that my support had expired, but again this is clearly a mistake since I have 3 more months. 1. The theme has a left-to-right text direction by default. Additional rtl stylesheets are needed for RTL support. If there is a need, our Customization studio can create them for additional fee. Just wondering why the last update was June 15th, 2018 but the files are from May 28th. That was the change log file. I even used the Downloadable Wordpress Files and the dates are the same. It did not install the demo correctly so I want to make sure I am starting with the latest and greatest files before I bother you guys with a ticket. Any help would be appreciated.
