This Theme is cool for me, I want to use this theme for my website, But I have some question for this theme. Pls, suggest me.

1. Boost Unit : I need to pin some unit for unit recommended for viewer in main page.

2. i need pin some unit to unit recommended on each category. maybe unit different main page.

3. filter : zone, Important place, comfortably Transportation , department store etc.

4. When user register finish, Admin or … approve memberance

5. User post his/her unit for sale/rent, Admin approve before public on website

6. Can I fix duration post on public. example post will be public a day or a week or a month.

and all I don’t need use payment gateway on my website

I have a few pre-sale questions, specifically about the property details page:

1. Agent Contact form

There is a checkbox (Terms of Use) on the contact form. For legal reasons, another checkbox would be needed in which the privacy policy can be agreed to separately. Is this realizable? Can different checkboxes be integrated depending on the property? Can a phone number of the real estate agent be integrated into the form?

2. Google Maps / Open Street Map

For legal reasons, maps from Google Maps or Open Street Map may only be showed in the EU after explicit consent by the user. Until then, they should remain hidden and not collect any user data. Is this possible with your Theme? Other themes like Avada offer this out of the box, especially when maps play such a central role!

3. Date format real estate details page

The date format on the real estate detail page is in the format mm-dd-yyyy. But here the following format should be used in my region: dd.-mm-yyyy. Can this be changed?

3. Additional section for additional costs

In germany it is required by law that the additional costs have to be stated when selling or renting a property. These are up to 8 different cost items. Can an appropriate section be created for this?

4. Error in Firefox browser

In your demos, I noticed that there are sometimes errors in lists/menu. This seems to be the case only with Firefox. E.g. Bullet Points Blog Sidebar Menu

5. In general: suitability for DSGVO
