Hi Support, Before update was version 4.2. Now using Version 4.4. Child theme version 1.2 and Native core plugin Version 3.2. Critical error is coming when trying to access widgets. Please see screenshot link – https://snipboard.io/esurAc.jpg

Hi—We’ve been using Native Theme since 2015 without a problem! So thanks for that. We’ve been running the classic version. Today, when I tried to import the Demo Content for the Parish version, the entire site broke. Elementor created a server 500 error and now the whole site is down and the homepage says “There has been a critical error on this website.” Any suggestions?? Enjoy this theme however updates have caused issues on how the modules appear. The “Staff” module duplicates and shows twice on website and does not fully show all photos for staff members. Theme author needs to fix this issue and resolve. Is interesting that issues occur after paid support time has lapsed.

Hello immithemes, with new update eventer plugin is new we have to use for events. Old event plugin option “Events”, Is that no longer valid ?
ok, I understand eventer and events after checking and reading. Now my question is how to change event to eventer on home page under slider – “select option for area under slider” only shows drop down box with event and sermon options and not with eventer. Thanks.

It is your choice to use either the built in events manager or the eventer plugin. Please be noted that both the ways are different altogether and can’t be synced or merged. For your question about the upcoming event countdown, if you opt to use the Eventer plugin then you must place the shortcode or SiteOrigin widgets in place under your slider(in the content editor) and disable the old ‘Area under slider’ metabox.

As stated above we used your fresh and latest theme version. That didn’t help. We asked our friends at the official WordPress theme review admin and they pointed out several errors in your Native Church coding. We decided to move forward and installed one of Elementor webkits from other developers. Thank you for your reply.

Seems like Envato update API is still delivering old version of the theme where a new version is already available. I would suggest you to download the latest version of the theme from your ThemeForest’s Downloads page and upload it using your website’s FTP access.

Hello, I will like to buy your theme but have some few concerns. I have seen that it uses page builder and site origin builder in the demo. Can I use Elementor Page Builder to work on the pages if I import the classic demo.

Bundled ‘Classic’ demo comes with either page templates or SiteOrigin page builder. You may use Elementor with the Classic demo but the imported page will still be using the SiteOrigin WIdgets. You will have to create your pages on your own with the Elementor.
We are working on a new ‘Classic’ demo with the Elementor Builder but it will take a while to get released.

The donate button on my causes does not work. It give an error saying that my PayPal account is not set up, and prompts people to call a mysterious phone number that is no where else on my website. This is a very annoying little bug in these theme. Please fix it.

You can connect your causes donation button to your PayPal account by entering the PayPal account details at Appearance => Payment Options. That phone number with message can be changed from the same aforementioned page.
