Hi there, if you don’t already own Elementor Pro, you will need to obtain Elementor Pro separately here – https://be.elementor.com/visit/?bta=13981&nci=5757 There are also free GPL alternatives available. Our themes have been tested with one of the most widely used options —https://proelements.org/ — and the theme is fully compatible with it.

Excuse me, I am an envato elements User for this theme, and although we are not supposed to get support, we are indeed allowed to get the latest update on the plugins/theme.
Right now, the Envato Elements Version of this, is serving the VamTam Elementor Integration plugin in the 1.1.4 Version, while it seems to have been updated to 1.1.5 everywhere else.
For some reason, the 1.1.4 is causing problems with the latest Elementor/Wordpress version released. Would you mind repackaging the Envato Elements Theme with the latest plugin please? This way I can re-download it from there and Install it.

I bought the theme in October 2022 and it’s asking me to buy Elementor Pro to proceed with the installation. Do I need to make this purchase or is it already included in the current package of my purchase?

We’ve tested numerous Elementor extensions, but none comes close to Elementor Pro in terms of functionality, stability, support, and speed. Note that Elementor Pro is a premium plugin, and currently, they don’t offer a license that allows the Theme Author to bundle the plugin with the theme. You can also use one of the many Elementor Pro GPL Free versions. We have tested our themes with one of the most popular ones – https://proelements.org/, and the theme is 100% compatible with it. I have finished one website with this theme but very often it did not completely load the CSS and looked damadged. I replaced to another theme with a lot of effort.
Now 8 months later I have a new project and a different server. Again the site does not always load completely. What can be the reason? 8/10 it works 100% but 2/10 it looks like some css is not loaded.
Hi there, thank you for reporting this. We had the same issue on some of the Live site. It was due to Elementor Experiences functionality. Each Elementor update brings some new experiments. By default they are active and you need to flash the Elementor cache. Other possible reason could be CDN or Caching plugins. They also need be flashed on each WordPress, theme or plugins updates. All in all to control the process you may disable the automatic updates and do it manually in order to flash the cache and test the site.

hello, the theme has failed to load with no explanation whatsoever and its forcing the front end to say ” a critical error has occurred on the site, the backend says the theme has failed to load, is there a way to downgrade its current version back to the one that didnt have issues

So, i went n re-downloaded the theme from the history and re-uploaded it and the issue went away, but if it happens again, i will definitely come back
Make sure you keep up to date WordPress, theme and plugins and you have solved 95% of the possible problems

Could you please develop a nutritionist homepage for this theme? I really like it, but I need it for a Nutritionist site. I have looked all over the internet for a nice one but it seems all fo them are horrible.
