To get it back:

Hi. How can I edit the listing statuses (preview, pending approval/payment etc) and what happens for each action? For example, can I change the email wording, whether or not the user receives an email depending on the status and if the listing is live or not depending which status it is? Thanks!

You can check email notifications that are enabled in wp-admin > listings > settings > notifications.
To change the wording, use Loco translate plugin.
To change the actual action, this would require code modifications

We use woocommerce for registration so those emails are sent by woocommerce. Wp admin > woocommerce > settings > emails > here you can change the text of that email. If you want to customize the template than you either have to use the child-theme or a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-template-customizer-for-woo/

Have you made changes to your site using a child-theme? Try activating the parent MyListing theme and see if the issue is fixed. Make sure to regenerate preview card cache when you do so (theme tools > performance).
No, I haven’t installed child theme. I only have parent theme installed. I regenerated preview card cache but it did not fix the issue.
Try resaving permalinks in wp-admin > settings > permalinks > update. If that doesn’t work, disable all plugins unrelated to the theme and verify any of them is not causing the issue

As of right now, I can only add schema to the listing type and it shows on the listing page itself which is good. But looking for more expansive use of schema markup.

This is not available. To add schema for pages you can use SEO plugins, for individual cards it is not supported

A) .Can we make the filter widget stick to the top of the page ( for desktop version) and floating or sticky to the bottom of the job listings page (for mobile version), now it is placed at the top and scrolls over when the page is scrolled

Hello, I’ve purchased the theme and need to submit a support request – but its not possible to sign-up to your support site without a license key, which isn’t shown / provided anywhere in ThemeForest or the confirmation email(s). How can I setup a support account without a key that doesn’t exist?
I’d like to confirm if / how its possible to use the Wordpress API to import / modify listing items? If that’s not possible and WP All Import is the only way to import data, do you have some example CSV files to show the structure data should be imported?

You can import listings using Wp All Import which is optimized to work with MyListing. All the fields that you add for a listing type in the listing type editor can be added as columns in the csv file. Create a user in our helpdesk and open a ticket if you need more help about this.
No MyListing doesn’t work with multi-language plugins.

2. You can create a custom text field for this purpose and display it in the head buttons area in preview card. E.g. from our demo: https://main.mylistingtheme.com/explore/?type=event&sort=order-by-date the text would be displayed where it currently says “Ongoing”
3. Yes that can be done in the listing type editor.

5. You mean inside listings? You can add vide and 36 video using content blocks

7. Yes you need an api key. You can use one of Google Maps and Mapbox
8. Yes that is possible. The setup would be similar to no.2 just instead of text you would use a select field.
