Pre purchase question: Would it be possible to use the theme for a food festival event (especially the “demo-food”)? I really like the design of the theme, but I wouldn’t need the whole woocommerce features, as I would sell tickets for my event through a 3rd party. Or do all customers use that theme only for woocommerce sites?

Hello, I have a problem with the new “layouts” theme function. I use WPML and I made 2 Products archive layout types. For the first I set condition (include) for the shop page, the second one, I set condition (include) for the product categories.
I allowed in WMPL to translate “layouts”. In every languages I add a text block into the “condition (include) for the product categories” where I put a text with a simple link. I translated this text in every languages what I use, and when I go into the original product archive layout link like: https://www.sitename.com/mmg/woodmart_layout/product-archive-layout/
The languages switcher works fine, the extra text block with the text show me the well translated text doesn’t matter what languages I switch to. BUT! If a list is a category page like: https://www.sitename.com/mmg/termekkategoria/limiters/?lang=en
The text never switch a language, ONLY those elements change what are dinamic module like sidebar, sorting etc, but the text block content never.
Why is that? Could you tell? I use your newest theme version and the newest WPML too.

Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. 1. Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Please tell me how to change the video play button icon in the product page gallery. I want to change the icon to the one for 360 degrees. I tried with this custom css: .product-video-button>a:before{font-size:26px !important;content:”\f102”} I also tried directly changing \f101 s \f102 in woodmart\css\parts\woo-single-prod-el-gallery.min.css but the icon doesn’t change.

Most likely your page is cached therefore you don’t see changes. In this case, you need to clear the cache or disable the cache plugin and check the issue again.

Is there any chance that you will consider adding “Estimated Delivery date” on your theme? I believe it’s very important as some products might take 1-2 working days to deliver, while others might require more days. So it would be important for store owners to inform their users about the availability of their product and the estimated delivery date. I really wonder why such complete system is missing this feature.

2. Have you stressed test your themes for a specific number of products and users? How do you know that they can handle many products and many users, and what’s the quantity of those (products, users) that can handle approximately?
3. Do you have any tips on making the theme load faster (besides having a very good hosting provider) ?
4. Is it possible to add share product via social media on product page?
5. Is it possible to add multi language on megamarket demo theme?
6. Is it possible to add approximate delivery days on each product page?
7. Is it possible to add days/hours countdown offer on products?

1. We didn’t perform penetration tests for our theme. But WordPress and Envato have strong requirements for themes code standard and security measurements. And WoodMart is built following all these standards that were checked by the Envato team also.
2. Products and users are managed by WordPress and WooCommerce. Our theme doesn’t influence this. So if WooCommerce supports 100.000 products in the store then it will work without any issues with WoodMart as well.

1. Regarding 4,5 and 7, can these be applied to megamarket demo too?
2. Regarding 6., I just saw here the “2-day Delivery”: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/product/glossy-ceramic/I guess this value is global, but I think it would be very cool if we could add products that take more days to deliver and inform the customer that this product is available in e.g. 7-8 working days (before purchasing the product), whereas other products might be available for delivery within 2-3 working days.
3. Based on the link you mentioned on “4.” ( https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/furniture/grand-comfort-chair/ ), I would like to ask you, can we add this note of delivery days (my above question) for each product separately, on the “SHIPPING & DELIVERY” section below?
4. Following the above question, can this info style section be applied to megamarket demo as well? I mean having Description, Additional Information, Reviews etc. in one row instead of having to scroll down the page ( e.g. https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/product/mesa-beige-porcelain/ ).
5. Regarding 8., I meant whether you are going to add more features on this theme or make similar designs (based on the concept of megamarket – multi categories store).
6. Is it possible to add e.g. “4 Left, Hurry up” kind of notes on products who have a few products left (maybe with an orange or red color), instead of the default green ’ {checkmark } 2 in stock ’ that exists on all products, despite the quantity left?
7. Last, and sorry for the many questions, what’s the fastest way for a store to update their products quantity on the website? Is it only done manually on the admin panel, or is there a QR scanner device that connects with woocommerce?

I would be extremely satisfied if megamarket can be optimized this well (without of course, breaking the functionality of the website) !!

2. You can create some custom fields for this and display it on the single product page.
3. It might be possible with additional code customization only.
4. Yes, you can use standard tabs there.
5. Yes, we have plans to add more demos like this in the future.

7. It is possible manually by default but you might try to find a plugin for this.
Website speed depends on a lot of factors but we are almost sure that you will be able to optimize it well if you don’t use too many plugins. Unfortunately, we don’t provide additional customization services.

It seems you are not welling to help anymore your clients. I clearly not looking for support. I am asking about WHAT IN THE THEME that may cause the “add to cart to load slower”? if there is nothing just say nothing. I purchased 2 licenses for your theme and yet this is what we get!!!
