1. Can a QR Code plugin be used here so each property has a unique QR code? Was browsing themes and there’s one that has it.
2. Should we develop an app for the website, can the theme be used to sync (not familiar with the term) to the ios / android app?
3. Would it be possible cover the contact numbers of the agent and not show it automatically? Users would have to click something to unmask it.

Hi, Love your theme and would love to buy. I would like to know if your CRM has the function to hold payments for owners. For example we manage apartment rentals and i would like the crm to have the function to show the owner how much money he has and keeping in mind he has to leave a fund for daily operations. So he can request a certain amount to withdraw from his account. let me know if you have this

Hi, I really like this theme and all its features, It only lacks three things. 1. SMS or whatsapp feature for users agents, upon various events like new leads, porperty submission, property assigned, etc also for users.use any third party plugins to do so, and integrate it so that we can enable these features. 2. Application creation if its flutter it would be great because then we can have both android and ios app. 3. Lead based plan for agenst and developers. I mean to say is there is already a monetization system with listing. but now a days there are lots of property websites available. and they are bigger companies. To attract customers and users and agents and developers to use our website is tough because there are already established real estate portals available in the market, how can we attract users if they are getting same features with bigger players in the market. So point of providng package system is pointless here. But we can monetize in one way, like if we charge for leads which is generated by our website and we offer free listing but we charge for leads, like 5 leads monthly plan, 50 leads monthly plans, also 3 free leads per property for users or owners, monthly, yearly, half yearly plans for leads, And if a user had not purchased any plans then they will not be able to see any leads or only the number of free leads per month set by admin. This way we can monetize our portal and also encourage users to use our website.
Please add point number three, specialy recomend this, if you add this your theme would be different from any other real estate theme on market, also this will boost your sale.

I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness.
Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Hello, at this moment to integrate third-party systems (like pull listings from other real estate websites) requires code programming. Every system requires proper integration into any theme. So, if you are good with PHP programming and APIs integration then you can integrate it on your own otherwise you will have to hire a third-party developer to get it added. Kind regards

Just go to Theme OPtions >> Just Clicks the Save changes button, your issue will be solved. Also please delete the custom CSS given earlier.
