I am unable to access the support ticket as it indicates that my support has expired, despite never having utilized it. I followed the instructions to install a plugin to speed up the website but it was the same issue. I also disabled all other plugins, and eventually disabled the theme, which allowed for normal loading. It appears that the issue stems from the theme. Urgent assistance is required to resolve this matter.

When you disable the theme, there is actually nothing much left to load on the website which is why you see speed improvement.

Also you may want to check your events recurring count. The 999 is the maximum limit you can use but it should be limited to couple of events only and for all other events you should use this only as required. As setting 999 for the events will put a lot of load on your server resources which ultimately throws 500 error on all the pages where the events are displayed.

Thanks for the updated screenshots. I just checked this function at my end but couldn’t replicate the issue. I am able to change the custom post type including the ‘Sermons’ to ‘Newsletters’. It got changed in the dashboard menu as well as for the post slug.

I would suggest you to check if the AdoreChurch Core plugin you are using is the latest version and no update is available for it at your Wp Dashboard => Adore Church => Plugins.

For the archive to function make sure you have not checked this option https://a.cl.ly/OAu6RJzx at Theme Options => Custom Post Types => Sermon.

For the other page which you have created by using the Sermons List/Grid widget should not use ‘sermon’ as it’s slug instead you can use ‘sermons’ or something else.

About the theme reset, there is no such option however you can reset your website and import the demo again. To do so you can use WP Reset plugin.

Sorry, my support is expired… that’s my biggest complaint about this system. Instead of getting a year of support that I didn’t need any help in that time, it would be way better to get a set number of support tickets included so I could get help when I need it.
