Try to Logout from the support site and log in with the help of the Login with Envato button, so the account will be synchronized with your Envato account
There is no such kind of option in the theme by default. However, you can try to use the multi-site option of WordPress and import all the needed demo layouts with the Homepage.

In addition, while the theme uses Elementor page builder plugin, while editing single posts elements, you can set custom fonts for the elements via editing with Elementor > https://elementor.com/help/how-to-change-font-size/

This is not good enough, the latest version is 3.8.2 and Wordpress latest version is 6.1, it simply means if I purchase this theme I will have to run on the older version of both wordpress and Elementor pro and the elementor pro isn’t included your theme package

The theme comes with all the demo layouts by default. You can import only one demo layout. There is no option to combine. However, you can add new pages and build the same pages by using elements manually from your side

1,2. The recommended version of PHP is 7.4 at the moment. We will update and check the compatibility with PHP 8 and with the latest versions of the Elementor page builder plugins in the future theme update.

I have purchased this item not knowing that it is not compatible with the current version of Elementor. The problem is that the screen-wide sections come with white spaces on left and right. As I understand, this could be solved by using an older version of Elementor – which one shall I use? I have tried up to 2.7.0 – it is apparently not working (the screen goes blank), and 2.8.0 – the problem with spaces remains. Please advise which Elementor version I should use to be able to get the result as on the demos on your website?

I’m unhappy with this theme. I cant install the Demo themes at all. This is why I bought it. I would like this fixed or get a refund ASAP. I have made sure the PHP is set to the correct variables and still not importing. I opened a ticket and I am still waiting for a response.

1-3. The MasterStudy LMS and BookIt plugins aren’t integrated with each other. In other words, it isn’t possible to use BookIt features inside the MasterStudy LMS features and vice versa.
2. MasterStudy LMS doesn’t depend on the theme layouts. You can use it with any BeTop layout.

The functionality of Betop doesn’t rely on the MasterStudy LMS and BookIt. The MasterStudy LMS and BookIt plugins just include additional functionalities in the theme.

After importing the demo content, which doesn’t work at the first try. I noticed the Testimonials work on the demo content, but if I try to do something similar again using Testimonials Carousel Style 4 it doesn’t load correctly.
The theme seems to be broken and doesn’t work well with elementor.

Which Widget is used under this Theme? I’m currently using Testimonial Carousel included in your theme. Unfortunately it doesn’t work as you state. Only using the theme provided with no extra plugins.

Interesting. I have to pay for support for something that should be working out of the shelf. It doesn’t even work with a brand new WordPress deployment in a vanilla directory.
And now I have to pay to troubleshoot this? It should be working as the demo shows.
Our demo website is running the most recent version of the BeTop theme. As you can see the Testimonials block is properly working. Moreover, it is working on multiple websites hosted on different servers.
We can not confirm that the problem relates to the BeTop settings and its core code.
